Hôtels avec vue sur montagne à Sofia

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Stayed at The Westin Grand Frankfurt during a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after work. Staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. A reliable and comfortable hotel choice when visiting Frankfurt.

Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues, et offrent un espace confortable pour se dégager après une journée occupée. Les lits étaient parfaits not trop ferme et pas trop doux, assurant un grand sommeil de la nuit. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la rue, à partir d'un magasin, ce qui l'a fait incroyablement confortable pour le dîner, les achats et le divertissement. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, offrant une grande variété d'options fraîches et délicieuses pour commencer le jour. Le seul élément de la suite était le gym, qui est très petit et manque de poids lourds et de bar de tir. En général, Sofia Novotel est un choix idéal pour son emplacement, son confort et son service, mais les enthousiasmes de fitness peuvent trouver les installations de sport limitées.

Équipements : Équipements standards d'un hôtel de chaîne ; la chambre est assez grande pour accueillir une poussette. Propreté : La salle de bain est grande et propre. Cependant, les toilettes sont très proches du mur, ce qui les rend peu pratiques. Environnement : On nous a attribué une chambre donnant directement sur l'ascenseur, ce qui était un peu gênant la nuit à cause du bruit de l'ascenseur et des allées et venues. Un imposant pilier se trouve au milieu de la chambre, occupant beaucoup d'espace et lui donnant un aspect assez étrange. Service : Moyen. J'ai réservé une chambre standard pour environ 100 € la nuit. Je me demande si c'est parce que c'est la chambre la moins chère ? Est-ce pour cela qu'elle donne sur l'ascenseur et qu'il y a un pilier aussi imposant au centre ?

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

J'avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits, mais ils m'ont donné une chambre avec un grand lit. Je ne pouvais pas partager un lit avec d'autres, alors ils ont dit que toutes les chambres étaient pleines et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas fournir la chambre que j'avais réservée. Finalement, ils ont ajouté un petit lit temporaire à côté, ce qui était super inconfortable !

The location is superb! It's only a walking distance to Boyana church and Boyana waterfalls. 5-10 minute walk circa. The rooms are spotless, warm and very classic. Amenities were ok for the price I've paid. From the airport just take the metro and stop to Vitosha station. Take the bus no.64 and it will bring you directly to the hotel. Great staff and super helpful specially the old lady. Not everyone understands and speaks English but it's ok. The location is about circa 20mins by bus to the city centre of Sofia. The place is so quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to comeback during the summer season!

hôtel. Décorations étranges. Il était classique de Sofia, construit par un célèbre architecte japonais. Ils ont toujours gardé un beau jardin japonais. Les restaurants sont aussi beaux. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat, ne pensait pas copieux. Près du métro, belle vue.
