The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Pros: Le design de l'hôtel est très moderne et propre. Le personnel est gentil et ami et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour vous aider. Cet hôtel est grand sur la durabilité. Ils ne laissent pas de bouteilles en plastique dans votre chambre. Vous avez des bouteilles de verre qui peuvent être remplies partout dans l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet. Dans les jours de semaine, vous devez choisir entre un petit déjeuner bulgare ou français. Au début, je me suis déçu qu'ils n'aient pas une option simple comme une omelette; j'ai passé avec l'option bulgare. Il était fantastique. Tout était frais. Les week-ends, vous n'avez qu'une option d'omélette, qui était aussi super. Pour le dîner, j'ai la Basse de la mer et c'était aussi super! Je suis entièrement satisfait de la nourriture servie à cet hôtel. La seule critique que je peux donner est que la fenêtre de petit déjeuner est très petite et tardive (8h30 à 10h30 si je me souviens correctement) et vous devez attendre plus que d'habitude pour obtenir votre nourriture. Cons: Les chambres ont des planches de tête qui ressemblent à froid mais ne sont pas parce que je crois qu'elles utilisent le chauffage du sol. Le problème est qu'elles ne proposent pas de pantalons, que je n'aime pas, puisque les mêmes planches continuent dans le toilette. Il ne se sent pas propre. Ils ne proposent pas non plus de brosses dentaires que je l'aurais vraiment appréciée. J'ai dû désactiver le réfrigérateur, puisque le compressor a fait beaucoup de bruit quand je désactive et je suis un léger sommeil. En général, je recommande cet endroit si la situation vous convient, juste apporter vos propres pantalons et profiter de la nourriture !

I stayed at WN Hotel for 3 days as a remote worker and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the keyless Bluetooth door entry made coming and going effortless. The rooms are huge — perfect for setting up a comfortable workspace.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. While the hotel isn't located in the city center (so it may be less ideal for travelers looking to explore Sofia in just a day), it's absolutely heaven for remote workers. The surrounding area is alive and booming with shops, bars, and restaurants, giving off a young, productive vibe. Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

J'avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits, mais ils m'ont donné une chambre avec un grand lit. Je ne pouvais pas partager un lit avec d'autres, alors ils ont dit que toutes les chambres étaient pleines et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas fournir la chambre que j'avais réservée. Finalement, ils ont ajouté un petit lit temporaire à côté, ce qui était super inconfortable !

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Le bus de la navette est moins fréquent de matin, mais ce n'est pas mal, vous pouvez facilement trouver le transport autour de la ville principale.
