Excellent hotel! Fabulous atmosphere! The amazing art on the hotel walls manages to flows smoothly in noise tourists’ lives. I was speechless when I saw how interior design of rooms was accurately presented and coexisted by pieces from back in 19th century such as light switches and modern high tech appliances. Hidden jam was a wonderful collection of vinyls with tremendous choices. I would definitely go back. Thank you for your exquisite taste. It’s rare nowadays

J'ai été à Sofia en tant que voyageur de femme seule et j'ai choisi cette maison d'hôtes parce que j'aime les vieilles maisons avec le personnage. Il était propre, avec du thé, du café, et des snacks dans la cuisine pour tous. Le quartier amiable m'a également fait sentir très bienvenue. Je regarde asiatique, ne parle pas la langue, et voyage seul, mais à aucun moment je ne me sentais pas malvenue ou insécurité. Je resterais certainement ici si je visite Sofia à l'avenir.

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

La chambre était propre et bien rangée, avec un balcon, ce qui était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, l'hôtel était très proche de la station de métro et il y avait un supermarché juste à côté. Les déplacements étaient faciles. Au début, j'étais un peu inquiète pour la sécurité, mais une fois sur place, tout s'est très bien passé. Je le choisirai à nouveau la prochaine fois.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Budapest à Sofia était agréable et confortable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a été délicieux, avec une variété de plats bien préparés qui satisfaisaient nos attentes. Le service de dîner durant l'Année Nouveau était cependant nettement plus lent, probablement en raison du grand nombre d'invités qui célébrent l'occasion. L'hôtel Budapest offre un excellent repas, une excellente position et une atmosphère bienvenue.

Grande location pour voyager, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Central Bus & train. Juste de la rue principale si calme. 3 minutes de marche à la métro, où vous pouvez aller 5 arrêts à la fin de la ligne et prendre le bus 66 par la forêt de pin de la montagne Vitoska et les ascenseurs de ski. Nous avons eu une chambre double avec un petit balcon qui était bien. Just asked reception & got a kettle & coffee, & sugar. La salle de bains a été réparée avec de nouveaux serviettes et était sans spot. Il semble que les nettoyeurs utilisent trop d'insecticide qui a laissé un odeur de larmes. Le petit déjeuner était à 3 minutes à pied d'un hôtel de soeur. Ce n'est pas luxueux, mais bien grand pour un couple pour 3 puissances

A lot to love but some big problems too. Amazing location, great big room, and very easy check-in. Love that there's a sofa in the room and a fridge. Problems: - A/C (Or a pump of some sort) extremely loud from 6am in our room (3) and made sleeping impossible, extremely annoying. It lasted hours. - Bathroom had a bad smell like sewage, constantly. - No shower curtain turned the bathroom into a lake every time we showered, even when trying to be careful.

L'emplacement est également proche, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale de Sofia. Il faut environ 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la rue Vitosha. Il y a aussi le musée de Sofia sur le chemin. L'emplacement est très bon~ J'ai réservé une chambre pour 6 personnes, mais on m'a attribué une chambre pour 4 personnes. Les chambres ne sont pas construites à proximité les unes des autres, mais plutôt spacieuses et il y a une cuisine commune pour que vous puissiez cuisiner. Un service de blanchisserie est également disponible. Le gérant l'a personnellement retourné, séché et plié pour moi~ Merci^^ La literie était propre et il y avait des oreillers, etc., donc je pouvais fermer les rideaux de la chambre et avoir une pièce lumineuse. Je l'utiliserais à 100% la prochaine fois que j'irai.

Останавливались на одну ночь, номер делюкс на 7 этаже. Хороший отель. Отличное месторасположение. Удобные кровати. Вкусный кофе из капсульной кофемашины. Из минусов: в нашем номере интернет ловил только у входной двери. Плохо работал душ. Ночью шумновато из-за технических помещений и систем кондиционирования внизу на улице.
