Hôtels avec salle de sport à Sofia

Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues, et offrent un espace confortable pour se dégager après une journée occupée. Les lits étaient parfaits not trop ferme et pas trop doux, assurant un grand sommeil de la nuit. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la rue, à partir d'un magasin, ce qui l'a fait incroyablement confortable pour le dîner, les achats et le divertissement. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, offrant une grande variété d'options fraîches et délicieuses pour commencer le jour. Le seul élément de la suite était le gym, qui est très petit et manque de poids lourds et de bar de tir. En général, Sofia Novotel est un choix idéal pour son emplacement, son confort et son service, mais les enthousiasmes de fitness peuvent trouver les installations de sport limitées.

Même si je n'y suis resté que quelques heures pour dormir, c'est l'hôtel aux draps les plus parfumés que j'aie jamais vus. J'ai été vraiment très impressionné. Le seul bémol : l'attente au moment du départ a été un peu longue. Mais je choisirais sans hésiter cet hôtel à nouveau.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Un hôtel que je recommande vivement, avec un personnel incroyablement aimable et serviable. Que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou au bar, tout le monde est vraiment formidable.

Good location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff

L'emplacement est central. Le tramway passe juste devant la fenêtre dès 3h30 du matin, il est donc peu pratique d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. Les chambres étaient vétustes : les poignées de douche et les boutons de chasse d'eau se détachaient. Les chambres étaient un peu sombres ; il était impossible d'augmenter l'éclairage. Les draps étaient propres. Nous avons séjourné en hiver. L'air dans la chambre était très sec. Ouvrir la fenêtre, malgré le bruit, n'y changeait rien : nous avions la gorge et le nez tellement secs la nuit que cela nous faisait mal. Pour cette raison, nous sommes partis deux jours plus tôt. Nous avons demandé le remboursement de la dernière nuit au moins, mais cela nous a été refusé.
