Hôtels avec vue sur montagne à Zermatt

Our stay at Beausite Zermatt was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, combining classic Swiss charm with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn — truly unforgettable. The wellness area was a highlight, especially after a day exploring Zermatt, with excellent spa facilities that were both relaxing and well organised. Breakfast was generous and high quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, and the dining experience overall was refined yet comfortable. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the village and transport. Beasite Zermatt delivers luxury without feeling pretentious, paired with genuine hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Plus aucun membre du personnel parlant allemand – un vrai inconvénient. On se sentait complètement isolés. Un employé a passé un temps fou à parler uniquement avec des clients portugais et espagnols ; on nous a ignorés, et sans doute pas appréciés. Le service au restaurant était très expéditif, presque désagréable. Mes pâtes étaient d'ailleurs trop cuites. Nous avons tous les trois eu beaucoup de mal à nous endormir et à rester endormis, non pas à cause du bruit, mais à cause d'un bruit agaçant que nous n'arrivions pas à identifier. La réceptionniste ne parlait pas allemand, alors nous n'en avons pas parlé. Sinon, l'hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'originalité. Malheureusement, je le recommanderais difficilement.

Emplacement : Pratique, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare jusqu'à l'hôtel Chambre : Un peu décevante, plus petite que la moyenne. Pas beaucoup de place pour ranger les choses Lobby : La réception, le restaurant et le bar sont mélangés et l'ambiance est bonne. Service : Le personnel est très poli, mais aucun billet n'est fourni C'est peut-être Noël, donc le prix n'est pas bon marché par rapport à la taille de la pièce.

ツェルマットを楽しむのに最高の場所でした。 内装がとても可愛く全体的に温かみがあり、日本では味わえない非日常を体験できました。 部屋もゆったりと過ごせる広さで、ベランダのに出るとツェルマットの澄んだ空気を感じられて良かったです。眺望がある部屋ではありませんでしたが、それでも外に出られるのは良かったです。バスルームだけ狭さは感じましたがシャワーを浴びるだけなので許容範囲内です。 部屋の冷蔵庫中には水やビール、炭酸飲料などが用意されていて無料で頂けたのはとても嬉しかったです。物価の高いスイスでは有難いサービスだと思います。 ウェルカムスイーツとしてのリンツのチョコレートも、スイスらしさを感じられ嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食も一般的な洋風なブレックファーストといったラインナップでしたが、フルーツもチーズも素材が良いのかシンプルでありながら美味しく、個人的にはクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです♡あとオーダーしたら作ってくれるホットチョコやカプチーノなどのカフェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト時には駅まで送迎して頂けて助かりました。 スタッフの方も親しみやすい雰囲気で、良い滞在となりました。

Location confortable, très proche de la gare. Très amical staff. Alors malheureusement, je n'ai séjourné que pour 2 nuits puisque mon vol le premier jour a été annulé. Je reviendrai certainement la prochaine fois.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour 3 nuits. La location est parfaite, à quelques pas de la gare. Notre chambre était sans spot et nous aimons la vue partielle Matterhorn. Le petit déjeuner était incroyablement ami et bienvenu. Tout est parfait. Je resterai certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage Zermatt.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist when needed. Upon arriving in Zermatt and taking the Gornergrat Bahn, it is highly recommended to call the hotel in advance so they can arrange luggage pickup at Riffelberg station. Pulling luggage by yourself can be quite challenging, as the path involves walking through snow and crossing ski areas. One of the highlights of this hotel is the breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The mountain is clearly visible from the hotel area, and there is truly no need to go elsewhere just to enjoy this iconic view. The outdoor jacuzzi is a wonderful feature; however, on some days the water temperature was not warm enough, making it comfortable to use only on certain occasions. Dinner is served as a set course menu. Each evening, there are two main dish options: one meat dish (which changes daily, such as beef, pork, or fish) and one vegetarian option. The food quality is very good and tasty, but the service is relatively slow — completing the full course takes around two hours. The hotel is well equipped with an elevator that provides access to all floors, which is very convenient, especially when carrying belongings.

La location était juste au centre de la ville, super convenable ! Les supermarchés se déplaçaient à distance, et même les options alimentaires étaient nombreuses comme les macdonalds, les aliments occidentaux, etc. Le récepteur était chaleureux et amiable et nous a même prolongé pour un check-in précoce lorsque les chambres sont disponibles. L'hôtel était en général très confortable et propre, adapté pour un court séjour. Les besoins sont fournis comme de la savonne, des serviettes, un sèche-cheveux, des tissus! Remarquez qu'il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre si c'était votre préoccupation. Autrement dit, un séjour parfait!

Beautiful resort with awesome facilities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Excellent location. Strongly recommend and we will love to stat there again on our next trip to Zermatt.

On en a pour son argent ! J'ai été émerveillé par des paysages à couper le souffle ! Le lit et les couvertures étaient incroyablement confortables ! La chambre était spacieuse ! Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient excellents ! Cependant, veuillez noter qu'en raison de la haute altitude, les personnes sujettes au mal des montagnes doivent prendre des précautions. Au début, des symptômes tels qu'un essoufflement et une accélération du rythme cardiaque peuvent apparaître. Mais le ciel étoilé au-dessus du Cervin, le lever de soleil doré sur la montagne, et l'humidificateur ainsi que les chocolats Golden Triangle dans la chambre ont rendu ce séjour absolument inoubliable.
