Hôtels 4 étoiles à Zermatt

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

We just came here without many informations about this hotel, but their hospitality from staffs was Really Really great. I felt like I was staying 5+star hotel from their kindness. Picked up by hotel car, free sauna, free to use mini bar, great balcony view considering the cost of staying, and also took us to the station again when we left. I would strongly recommend this hotel, and there is also sister hotel named Hotel Daniela probably also great guessing from my experience from Hotel Chesa Valese. Hope everything well to the hotel family and staffs. We really have enjoyed to staying there.

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, I really appreciated that they even served rice, and the cheese selection was amazing. Facilities were complete, and the indoor pool was a nice bonus. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with a fantastic breakfast!

Le petit déjeuner était un spectacle de spécialités locales qui ont donné un grand ton pour la journée. L'hôtel est confortablement situé à 10–15 minutes à pied de la gare, bien que note qu'il y a une corde de collines sur l'approche de l'appartement. Dans le bâtiment il y a un ascenseur, les chambres sont accessibles directement et vous n'avez pas besoin de transporter le bagage en utilisant une escalier. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui veulent une base relaxée, un service amiable et un authentique petit déjeuner local.

Tout est bon à cet hôtel, sauf le capteur de lumière automatique qui a un son très annoncé tout au long de notre séjour. Outre cela, tout est bien quand il s'agit de la position, le wifi était stable, la conception de la chambre et les vues scéniques du balcon étaient comme reflétés sur le site et ne oubliant pas, le complimentaire shuttle à la gare. Merci pour le grand service, fortement recommandé.

Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent. I’d want to go there again ! :)

ツェルマットを楽しむのに最高の場所でした。 内装がとても可愛く全体的に温かみがあり、日本では味わえない非日常を体験できました。 部屋もゆったりと過ごせる広さで、ベランダのに出るとツェルマットの澄んだ空気を感じられて良かったです。眺望がある部屋ではありませんでしたが、それでも外に出られるのは良かったです。バスルームだけ狭さは感じましたがシャワーを浴びるだけなので許容範囲内です。 部屋の冷蔵庫中には水やビール、炭酸飲料などが用意されていて無料で頂けたのはとても嬉しかったです。物価の高いスイスでは有難いサービスだと思います。 ウェルカムスイーツとしてのリンツのチョコレートも、スイスらしさを感じられ嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食も一般的な洋風なブレックファーストといったラインナップでしたが、フルーツもチーズも素材が良いのかシンプルでありながら美味しく、個人的にはクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです♡あとオーダーしたら作ってくれるホットチョコやカプチーノなどのカフェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト時には駅まで送迎して頂けて助かりました。 スタッフの方も親しみやすい雰囲気で、良い滞在となりました。

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt, centrally located on the main shopping street and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful pre-arrival WhatsApp messages from the front desk, and even a partial Matterhorn view from the balcony upon request. Only minor flaw was the pillow being a bit too flat, but everything else was truly perfect!
