Hôtels 3 étoiles à Zermatt

Great location! In front of the station. Only 100 m can walk about 1-2 mins from the station. Very kindly and nice staff and owner. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and large. It feel like home with staff. I recommend you to stay in this hotel. If I come back Zermatt again, I’ll stay this hotel again. I’m in Snow storm disaster in Zermatt on 17th-19th April 2025. Thank you so much for your kindness to my family in this situation.🙏🏻🙃

the quad room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. breakfast is superb and staffs friendly we stayed 3 nights and were luckily blessed with 1 day of clear whether at the top of the mountains. 2 ways to walk to the hotel from train station, the shorter one that google will tell u includes a steep climb (difficult if you have luggages in tow). the easier and better walk will just be to keep going straight, turn left at the matterhon musuem / church junction, and from there just a short gradual stretch to reach the hotel. very doable even with kids and luggage .

Nice hotel but the only setback is i booked 2 rooms but one room without lift which i need to hand carry up the stair case Also no kettle been provided, i guess this is basic requirement. Hope they cN improve on this. Breakfast simple and nice The staff super friendly, thumbs up on this!! Hotel is clean and tidy.

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

the location was good. u can see matterhorn clearly but unfortunately there is a big construction crane block some view. On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel.

Position géographique: Excellent, juste sur la rue principale de la petite ville, je peux arriver deux minutes de marche de la gare de Schelmat, et à côté de la salle de repas fixe de la ville, McDonald. Facilités de l'hôtel: Bien que les portes et la réception de l'hôtel semblent petites et sensées à l'âge, la chambre de l'hôtel est bonne, devrait être rénovée près d'un an ou deux ans, et les installations sont très nouvelles et propres. Bien que la chambre ait un siège de la souris, il y a un port USB-c sur le coucher et sur le bureau, et il peut aussi charger des tablettes mobiles. Les produits de bain de l'hôtel sont généralement disponibles. Il y a un récipient disponible. Le récipient regarde bien le nouveau récipient, mais il n'y a pas d'indication. Il est estimé que ce que c'est bon marché pour le récipient de lave-cheveux. En outre, attention à l'absence de boue thermique dans la chambre ( pensez-vous que le tsunami peut avoir plus peur de voir le problème de la boue de chaleur?) Petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel: Oui, c'est tout un repas froid, les œufs doivent être mis dans le linge de œuf. Je suggère de sortir pour le petit-déjeuner à côté de McDonald's. Service: Non, c'est que le temps de sortie est plus tôt.

Single room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable, and a great shower! A tiny balcony with a spectacular view! Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was the only meal I had, and it was very good!

Simple hotel right in the heart of town. Old world decor but modern breakfast hall. Clean rooms and excellent bathroom (the shower was super powerful and the bath vast). Convenient for centre of town and 4 mins walk to station.

Good! Overall recommended! Location is good, need some walking from station but manageable with 1 luggage. Hotel is directly opposite cemetery but don’t think too much and u be fine! Room is small but cozy (my photo is wide angle so seem bigger) Hotel is very helpful to help pack a breakfast bento for me as I be leaving before breakfast hours (just inform the day before). I also managed to keep luggage after checkout at the common area (no lock and key) and retrieve it later.
