Very nice staff in the breakfast and balcony service. It is very nice that hotel provides a hiking backpack to use for free. The location is also great.

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits... Fantastique vue sur le Matterhorn.... Personnel sont étonnants et très bienvenus... location était parfaite.... Près de la gare. Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hôtel encore!!! 5/5

Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Très agréable surprise. L'emplacement est très pratique, juste à la sortie de la gare. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agissait d'un surclassement silencieux ou si ce type de chambre est tout simplement trop grand. La chambre double ressemble à une petite suite. Vous pouvez voir un coin du Cervin depuis le balcon extérieur. Il y a une chaîne stéréo Marshall dans la pièce Écouter de la musique tout en regardant la vue sur le Cervin en face est vraiment atmosphérique ! La seule chose qui fait hésiter, c'est que cet hôtel est au pied de la montagne. Si vous voulez voir les étoiles, il est peut-être plus pratique de vivre sur la montagne en face du Cervin. (Il faut environ 20 à 30 minutes à pied depuis cet hôtel jusqu'au point de vue)

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Mirabeau Etoile, Zermatt! 5 stars service. Breakfast is plentiful choices. Room is clean and the bed is so comfy.. will definitely go back again when revisit.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Réservé une chambre familiale pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant. Le service à la frontière est excellent! Culté, amical et informative. Nous avons également été mis à niveau! La chambre est propre et spacieuse et dispose d'un balcon. En cours de rénovation à la porte de notre séjour en Oct 2024. Le restaurant de l'hôtel dispose de 2 restaurants, mais il semble que l'un de ces restaurants nécessite une réservation et dispose d'une période de repos. Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais le restaurant est très bien situé. Les installations spa étaient excellentes. Le séjour serait à la même Ola e encore. Valeur pour l'argent

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!
