剛退房就來評價，這次的入住體驗真的太好了！ 1. 店裡有一衹很可愛的小黑狗，可以隨便摸，是非常友好的寵物環境，也經常看到有客人帶狗來住。 2. 周圍環境特別舒服，空氣清新，門口就是一大片草坪，還有迷你瀑布和小花園，樹木的味道也很好聞。 3. 整體設計很用心，建築古香古色，有一種很獨特的氛圍感。 4. 鳥的種類很多，每天都能聽到各種不同的鳥叫聲，很治癒。 5. 旁邊的小酒館味道很好，尤其是燒烤，值得一試。 6. 就算不小心睡過頭錯過早餐時間，小酒館的阿姨們也會貼心地準備一碗熱乎的麪條，特別暖心。 7. 洗漱用品和電器的品質都很好，連梳子都是木頭的，吹風機是徠芬，小巧又好用。 整體來説，是一次非常放鬆又舒服的入住體驗，下次來玩還住這裏！

프런트 데스크에서 일하는 그 직원분은 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 웃으면서 저희를 체크해 주셔서 집에 온 것 같은 느낌이 들어서 너무 감동적인이었습니다. 가족여행이라서 처음엔 걱정했는데 방이 크고 위치도 편해요.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아침은 선택할 수 있는 부분이 많아서 중식만 있는 줄 알았는데 시리얼과 케이크가 다 포함되어 있습니다. 주차장까지 챙겨주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 다음에 또 오겠습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

What an amazing place😍 to visit ,the staff was welcoming and friendly👍,the environment is equally excellent,we were treated well we enjoyed our stay there ,beautiful green Golfing lawns ,great food , they have good english, this was the best place we have every visited,Jiajia was so kind to us,she made our weekend a memorable one ,we will definitely go back to visit this place again.😊

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around

It was pretty great trip at chaohu hot spring resort but the frontdesk person was not able to communicate in english so it took long delay to have free BBQ service.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très ami, courtois et professionnel. Le service de l'hôtel était excellent et la chambre était parfaitement confortable. Nous avons pu avoir un week-end romantique et relaxant ensemble. Je recommande vivement de rester dans la salle de plage d'affaires. I recently stayed at this brand new hotel, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The surroundings are breathtaking—just an hour from Hefei, this tranquil oasis is perfect for disconnecting and immersing oneself in nature. Families will love the variety of activities available, including a playground, water features, and scenic walking and biking paths. The only suggestion I have is to swap out the noisy gasoline karts for more eco-friendly options to enhance the peaceful ambiance. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem that I highly recommend for a refreshing getaway! Can’t wait to return!
