Hôtels 5 étoiles à Hefei

Un hôtel IHG de marque nouvelle et thématique, situé dans un parc de haute technologie, dans la nouvelle région développée de la ville. La qualité du petit déjeuner était excellente, en termes de variétés et de qualité, seulement pâté près de 10am. Le personnel de l'hôtel était également très gentil et utile, représentant la qualité de la formation et le niveau de service de l'entreprise.

為了孩子高考，就近選了高新富茂大飯店。酒店環境和硬件設施都挺好，住起來很舒適。 還沒入住，工作人員就提前兩三天聯繫我們，打電話瞭解房間需求，提前做好準備。房間隔音效果很好，全程安安靜靜的，特別適合考生靜心學習和休息。我們怕早上耽誤考試，申請了叫醒服務，酒店也認真落實到位。 平日裏有任何問題或者需求，管家花花都能第一時間響應，服務特別到位。整體體驗特別好，真心覺得選對了地方，以後有需要還會再來。

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

L'architecture a des caractéristiques, le paysage extérieur de la fenêtre est très beau. La chambre est très propre, le linge décoré est affiné, une tasse de thé, le travail est hostile. Il y a aussi des points de linge gratuits, il y a un petit bébé très heureux. À la réunion, il est très tard, le personnel de service à côté attend toujours avec impatience, 👍

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

J'aime vraiment le gymnase, je suis anonyme, vous pouvez dire plus en détail ce que vous sentez : 1, conduire à la porte, le ministère de l'hôtel aide à prendre vos bagages et à conduire à la réception, le service est bon; 2, l'environnement de l'halle est bon, très propre; 3, la réception est très efficace, le processus de sonnement est magnifique, l'initiative d'aider à mettre à niveau la chambre, toutes les questions sont réalistes et répondues avec patience; 4, la chambre est grande, le lit est très grand, l'expérience de maquillage intelligent est très bonne, l'hygiène est très propre, l'effet sonore est bon; 5, l'environnement du petit-déjeuner est très bon, les plats sont riches et le goût est très bon; En général, c'est une expérience très satisfaisante de séjour. Je vous recommande de venir. Le voyage est très heureux. En outre, la nuit s'est éclaté, le départ a découvert que la neige des véhicules a été nettoyée par le personnel de l'initiative, vraiment trop chaleureuse, pour vous féliciter.

Le centre offre une meilleure expérience de logement, idéale pour les visiteurs d'entreprise. Il est possible d'attendre un séjour confortable et productif sur ce lieu, et je le recommande de la combiner de qualité et d'accessibilité.

nice rooms. very friendly staff, amazing breakfast. pool not so fun for young children, not terribly easy to access and need to buy swimming caps. really nice place, would probably return but maybe not in the bduck family room - not much value there. Thank you!
