Un hôtel IHG de marque nouvelle et thématique, situé dans un parc de haute technologie, dans la nouvelle région développée de la ville. La qualité du petit déjeuner était excellente, en termes de variétés et de qualité, seulement pâté près de 10am. Le personnel de l'hôtel était également très gentil et utile, représentant la qualité de la formation et le niveau de service de l'entreprise.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. My first room was a bit too hot because of the central heating, and one woman at the front desk, known as “是蛋挞诶,” went above and beyond by helping me move to the other side of the building and even upgrading me from a lake-view room to a suite, which made a huge difference. The new room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were well kept, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the overall service was excellent. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. La location était agréable, la nourriture était purement divine, les chambres étaient magnifiques, l'atmosphère était excellente et le service était impeccable. Un grand merci à Jenny, qui a orchestraté les meilleurs petits-déjeuners que nous avons jamais eus – un facile 10/10. Votre hôtel propose toutes les installations conçues et la valeur de l'argent est inégalée. Nous attendons avec impatience de revenir. C'est vraiment une bijoux et un séjour absolu si vous vous trouvez à Hefei. Nous ne pouvons pas le recommander assez fort! Honnêtement, Gary David

來合肥遊玩選了北尚世紀金源大飯店，整體住得舒心又踏實。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，空間挺大，床墊睡得很舒服，一覺睡到天亮。前台小姐姐態度温柔，辦理手續很快，沒有繁瑣流程。自助早餐花樣很多，熱菜點心都挺合胃口。出門交通也方便，周邊逛街吃飯都省事。環境衞生做得很到位，服務貼心不敷衍，一家人住着很安心，來合肥入住首選這家，下次過來還訂這

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

The service offered by the hotel staff was very professional and pleasing. They greeted me with big smiles and were enthusiastic to welcome me. The hotel is conveniently located, with some recommended attractions and shopping malls in close proximity. The food and drinks were amazing and delicious, with a wide variety of options available, and the room was super comfy and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back again!

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

Excellent experience overall. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, professional service, and a convenient location. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Highly recommended.
