Tout d'abord, l'environnement est très bon, adapté pour se détendre et jouer à la carte. La photographie est partout dans le paysage. L'architecture de la pâte. Dans la montagne profonde, le silence est nécessaire pour prendre le voiture de pâte. Vous pouvez trouver le directeur partout pendant le voyage. Le service du directeur, pas de problème! Il faut demander! Deuxièmement, le repas est délicieux. Il est défini comme un paquet de repas. Le restaurant est très délicieux. Vous pouvez en principe le résoudre à l'hôtel. Il y a des endroits pour faire des manœuvres, vous pouvez faire des montagnes et jouer à l'eau. Il y a aussi des jouets simples pour les enfants. En fait, vous pouvez en profiter davantage pour certains jouets et installations que les enfants peuvent jouer. Vous pouvez libérer les adultes. Il y a un endroit à deux tours! L'hôtel n'est pas loin de là, les enfants sont adéquats pour jouer.

I highly recommend the Emerald Lake Hotel in Hefei! Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire team, for making this occasion unforgettable!

Un hôtel IHG de marque nouvelle et thématique, situé dans un parc de haute technologie, dans la nouvelle région développée de la ville. La qualité du petit déjeuner était excellente, en termes de variétés et de qualité, seulement pâté près de 10am. Le personnel de l'hôtel était également très gentil et utile, représentant la qualité de la formation et le niveau de service de l'entreprise.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

A heartfelt thank you to Jenny, who orchestrated the best breakfasts we have ever had – an easy 10/10. The GSM's extraordinary dedication and attention to detail truly went above and beyond our expectations. Your hotel offers every conceivable amenity, and the value for money is unparalleled. L'expérience de séjour dépasse les attentes! La réception gère un séjour chaud et efficace, la chambre est blanche et incolore, les lits sont très doux et sont très séparés du son, la nuit est calme. L'eau chaude est suffisante, les installations sont complètes, la situation géographique est confortable, le dîner est proche de la rue de la sortie. Le gestionnaire de la forêt de l'hallo est intimement poli, les détails sont très attentifs, le prix est très cher, la prochaine fois, vous choisisserez cette maison, vraiment recommandé!

Excellent location. Our room had the lake view. Absolutely beautiful. Clean room. Excellent customer service (always with a smile). Breakfast was good but would have preferred a bit more of western food. Overall - excellent 🤗

L'hôtel de la salle de bains de la rive sud de Liuhu est trop approprié pour les vacances entourant le lac! L'atmosphère de l'halle européen est magnifique, le balcon de la chambre de la mer est à côté du lac de la mer, le soleil est magnifique. La chambre est large et propre, les lits sont confortables et le petit-déjeuner est riche en caractéristiques locales. La piscine chaude de Tsai, la zone de plaisance pour enfants sont complètement équipées, la voiture de stationnement gratuite et les attractions environnantes sont en route. Le service est intime et peut également porter des animaux de compagnie, le plafond du lac est bon à voyager, mérite un retour d'achat!

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.
