We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hefei Lujiang Chunian Cultural Resort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and attentive service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful – peaceful, green and very relaxing. It feels like a little escape from everyday life, with stunning scenery and a wonderful atmosphere. It was especially lovely to simply walk around the resort and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. We also really enjoyed the food. There was a great selection, everything was fresh and delicious, and the quality was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent service, comfortable rooms and delicious food made our stay truly special. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway! ❤️

We got a room upgrade, which was amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are professional. We didn't like that we had to pay for tennis court and table tennis. Amenities should be included in the price of the room. 我们获得了房间升级，这太棒了。 房间宽敞且干净。 员工很专业。 我们不喜欢必须支付网球场和乒乓球的费用。 房间价格中应包含设施费用。

Envoyer la grand-mère de 98 ans avec sa mère à la vieille maison de lac de la mer, parce que la maison de la vieille est trop difficile, donc rester à la nuit à la maison de la vieille, et en réservant un hôtel, il faut avoir besoin de trois personnes et de services de réception pour être sélectionnés ici. Les résultats ont été pleins de mouvements. Nous sommes arrivés à Li Feng à 23 h environ. La voiture de la maison du patron est une grosse bagnole. Le portail est un peu élevé. Les jambes de la famille de 90 ans et plus ne sont pas assez fortes. Moi et maman ne sont pas assez fortes pour deux femmes. Le patron a pris la voiture directement. Après avoir arrivée à l'hôtel, parce que la chambre n'avait pas d'élévateurs au deuxième étage, le patron ne dit pas de retourner directement la chambre. Le matin suivant, quand nous allons partir, nous avions juré comment je pouvais descendre. La patronne nous a vu nous déplacer les bagages et a pris l'initiative de dire que son mari était descendu de l'arrière et que le patron l'avait donné la nuit avant. Alors je les remercie vraiment. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport, il est à l'auto du patron, il est arrivé pendant dix minutes. Le tout est également très propre et propre. En dehors de notre chambre, il n'y a pas d'autres choses à choisir, parce que la rue est un peu bouleversée. Il y a aussi beaucoup de petit déjeuner autour de la matinée, très pratique.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

This is an apartment. There is no front desk and there is no interaction w owner except message through trip.com We arrive around 10.30pm at night. It was raining heavily and our taxi driver couldn't find the entrance. He was nice enough to do a second round of the area but still can't find. From map, we were basically almost there. At the end, he dropped us on the road with our luggage under the heavy rain. The owner did not mention about road diversion. The apartment is not really as expected as photos shown in trip.com. Owner hangs bedsheets and towels in the balcony. Palm tree was dried. Stainless steel cover as ashtray lying on the floor (floors vinyl board was burnt). There is no cooking utensils. No spoon fork or knife. We got 2 pairs of disposable chopsticks. Eventhough they have cooking hood, a fridge and washing sink. The bathroom is small and expect to get everything wet inside. The bed is not comfortable. The layering is thin and you will here the coil squeeking when you sit on it. There is even a cigarette bud in one of the room. I'm writing with all the negatives because of this place getting high rating. Actually is not as what expected. But, the location is just next to the Baihu Convention Center. So, that was a plus. May be there are not many foreigners traveling here hence, owner did not expect someone who couldn't read & speak Chinese to book the place.

Very quiet and nice place to enjoy and relax yourself. Specially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool 👌

The outdoor pool was empty- no water . These facilities were not available and closed: night club, fitness center, . They had bikes to ride, the breakfast was good. Room service/ dinner had limited choices. On trip.com it staid that the pool would be open, so we packed swimsuit and swimcaps but their pool had no water in it. Near the hotel ther are trails to walk around, some people swim in chaohu lake and some people go fishing there. There are some nice cave tours nearby. except the cave tours , there is not a lot to do near the hotel. The area seems like it is abandoned and few restaurants or places near it. It is good area to go for walks along the lake or cave tours nearby... The hotel is big and has a lot to look arond and free bikes to ride around.

J'ai été à Novotel à Singapour avec une très bonne expérience, mais il m'a surpris pour ce HeFei Novotel quand je demande un café quand j'ai eu leur petit déjeuner le gardien juste point sur la machine à café et me demande de partir et de vous prendre.

[] L'expérience de cet hébergement est vraiment supérieure à ce qu'on attendait! 🏨 La position de l'hôtel est confortable, le voyage est très pratique, le service de la réception est très attentif et le traitement de l'hébergement est rapide et efficace. La chambre est propre et propre, la lumière est très bonne, le lit est confortable, 🛏 dormir particulièrement stable. L'installation de toilette est complète, l'eau chaude est suffisante, les détails sont très en place. L'environnement global est calme et élégant, la gestion de l'hygiène est en place, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé.
