Après une nuit bien remplie, nous sommes allés à l'hôtel pour commander une collation de fin de soirée. La sœur de la réception était déjà sortie du travail (il était après minuit). Nous l'avons informée que les plats à emporter que nous avions commandés étaient arrivés et lui avons demandé. pour le livrer. This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

Par rapport à plusieurs hôtels, l'expérience réelle est supérieure à celle qui est attendue. Le petit déjeuner de service est vraiment un grand point lumineux, les types de cuisine sont nombreux et l'expérience de manger est très bonne. La chambre est large et lumineuse, la chambre est propre et le confort de la vie est plein. Le métro est proche de la piste, le voyage est facile, vous pouvez aussi aller au jardin de la mer pour sentir le paysage et prendre des enfants pour jouer au salon de la mer. Les promenades de la place sont très longues, il faut manger et boire. Le service du personnel est pragmatiquement ami, et il est généralement approprié pour les touristes de terrain.

Une navette vers les sites touristiques locaux devrait être mise à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que proposant un grand choix, était de qualité médiocre. Un choix plus restreint, mais bien préparé et savoureux, aurait été bien meilleur. La climatisation était déplorable : elle soufflait un air humide et ne parvenait que rarement à rafraîchir suffisamment la chambre. L'hôtel affiche des publicités pour son restaurant, mais celui-ci était fermé lorsque nous nous sommes renseignés. Si un service est indisponible, il est inadmissible de le mentionner. Il s'agit de publicité mensongère. Si, à cause de cette publicité mensongère, je dois dîner ailleurs, vous devriez au moins prendre en charge les frais de taxi. Vu l'hôtel et le nombre de clients que j'ai pu observer, je suis presque certain que vous n'occupez que les étages 8 et 9. Si tel est le cas, chaque chambre devrait être nettoyée avec le plus grand soin. Notre salle de bain était dépourvue de savon dans le distributeur et d'après-shampoing. Nous étions dans une chambre non-fumeur, mais le panneau en résine « Interdiction de fumer au lit » était toujours là. Il était extrêmement sale, comme s'il n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis des semaines, voire des mois. Un robot mignon est censé livrer les commandes. Malheureusement, il ne sait pas attendre que les gens sortent de l'ascenseur avant d'y entrer, ce qui a bloqué une famille de quatre personnes avec leurs bagages pendant quelques minutes. J'ai eu l'occasion de discuter avec plusieurs membres du personnel et je constate que la baisse du taux d'occupation et les horaires décalés ont affecté cet établissement. Il y a cependant des marges de progression.
