Wonderful experience at Mercure Hefei South Railway Station. Very kind and helpful staff, top quality amenities, and amazing value for the price.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

剛退房就來評價，這次的入住體驗真的太好了！ 1. 店裡有一衹很可愛的小黑狗，可以隨便摸，是非常友好的寵物環境，也經常看到有客人帶狗來住。 2. 周圍環境特別舒服，空氣清新，門口就是一大片草坪，還有迷你瀑布和小花園，樹木的味道也很好聞。 3. 整體設計很用心，建築古香古色，有一種很獨特的氛圍感。 4. 鳥的種類很多，每天都能聽到各種不同的鳥叫聲，很治癒。 5. 旁邊的小酒館味道很好，尤其是燒烤，值得一試。 6. 就算不小心睡過頭錯過早餐時間，小酒館的阿姨們也會貼心地準備一碗熱乎的麪條，特別暖心。 7. 洗漱用品和電器的品質都很好，連梳子都是木頭的，吹風機是徠芬，小巧又好用。 整體來説，是一次非常放鬆又舒服的入住體驗，下次來玩還住這裏！

Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

L'hôtel est bien situé et permet de se déplacer facilement. La décoration évoque un style de vacances, la pression de la douche est excellente, l'eau chaude est très agréable, le petit-déjeuner est copieux, la tante du restaurant est très enthousiaste, tout comme Xiao Song, à la réception, qui est également très accueillante. Une bouteille d'eau a été offerte au moment du départ pour être bue en chemin.

C'était très confortable, car la réservation temporaire concernait uniquement une chambre double. Voyant que nous étions une famille de quatre personnes, la dame de la réception a spécialement demandé à quelqu'un de transformer le canapé en canapé-lit. La chambre est très neuve et le restaurant et la réception sont très agréables. Au moment du départ, la dame de la réception a donné des jouets et des collations aux enfants !

Services were pretty bad. My friend was reprimanded for calling the reception too many times her line was always cut off yet the other party accused her of calling for no urgent issues. Batteries of tv remote control were flat and we were just given two new batteries and have to do the replacement on our own. Facilities in the hotel and the room itself were aged. The only saving grace is the location I guess.

L'hôtel de première sélection pour le Feng sera à la station du Sud, pas loin de la compagnie cliente La seule question est que le cas de la Seka est toujours là. Les élévateurs ne doivent pas avoir de cartes de papier, tout le monde peut monter, ceci est mieux si le contrôle est meilleur. Le petit déjeuner est riche et j'ai envoyé le déjeuner, même si je n'ai pas mangé, cette commercialisation est toujours possible.

Bon endroit pour se détendre le week-end! L'environnement de l'hôtel est calme et élégant, le design est très sensé et la vue à l'extérieur de la fenêtre est également très bonne. La chambre est plus large que la photo, la lumière est superbe et la chambre est propre et hygiénique. Avec une salle de sport, un petit-déjeuner riche et délicieux, un service de fantaisie du personnel soigneusement servi et un séjour très confortable. Vous pouvez vous débarrasser complètement ici et profiter de temps de repos rare.

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around
