Hôtels 4 étoiles à Hefei

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans ce magnifique hôtel, c'était ma première fois à Hefei, et même si je suis un étranger qui ne parle pas chinois, il n'y a pas de problème grâce à l'étonnant personnel de l'hôtel. Ils étaient très patientes en utilisant des applications de traduction pour communiquer avec moi et ils m'ont vraiment bien pris soin. Ils m'ont même aidé avec de nombreuses questions personnelles et m'ont montré le chemin de la ville. Je me suis senti très accueilli et en sécurité avec eux. Ils m'ont même conduit à l'aéroport pour obtenir mes bagages perdus. Je voudrais mentionner ho, l'un des receveurs de la maison, elle s'est assurée que je n'avais pas laissé mes repas et que je suis confortable et qu'elle était vraiment amicale avec moi, je me suis senti vraiment facile. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Je vais sûrement y retourner à l'avenir. Si quelqu'un pense où rester à Hefei, c'est le lieu parfait. Vous ne serez jamais malade! J'ai senti à la maison dans cet incroyable hôtel!

L'hôtel est situé dans une belle zone de vacances et a dépassé mes attentes en tout cas. L'hôtel était impecablement propre, avec des installations très hautes de pointe qui reflètent une excellente gestion et une attention particulière aux détails. Le service était excellent. Tous les membres du personnel étaient extrêmement aimables, professionnels et attentifs, ce qui rend tout le séjour confortable et bienvenu. Ils ont fourni de façon réfléchie des options de petit déjeuner occidental, et pour le déjeuner, le chef a écouté personnellement nos préférences et préparé des plats spéciaux adaptés à nos besoins. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable.

Limited English Speaking Staff, very good for local Chinese travelers

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and attentive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Aina for her outstanding hospitality — she was warm, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. C'était très confortable, car la réservation temporaire concernait uniquement une chambre double. Voyant que nous étions une famille de quatre personnes, la dame de la réception a spécialement demandé à quelqu'un de transformer le canapé en canapé-lit. La chambre est très neuve et le restaurant et la réception sont très agréables. Au moment du départ, la dame de la réception a donné des jouets et des collations aux enfants !

Le Fétrique a été trouvé plusieurs fois, la première fois que l'hôtel Ley International est accueilli dans le campus d'études de mes collègues et de leurs enfants, ce regret de l'hôtel n'a pas été découvert. La ligne 7 du métro est directement à travers la zone ouverte. Le jardin de la mer, le salon de la mer, vous pouvez jouer à la porte. Sam Supermarket est à deux stations de métro, la place est grande et le centre-ville a une grande sélection de repas. La chambre est large et transparente et les détails de l'hygiène sont très disponibles. La réception est gentille et le temps est chaud et l'eau de la mine de charbon est activée. Il est particulièrement utile de mentionner que la qualité des plats de la salle de conférence est très bonne. J'ai entendu que l'activité de la conférence est encore très intense. Si vous avez besoin de prendre en considération l'hôtel Fangley International à l'issue de la réunion! Vraiment recommandé!

Services were pretty bad. My friend was reprimanded for calling the reception too many times her line was always cut off yet the other party accused her of calling for no urgent issues. Batteries of tv remote control were flat and we were just given two new batteries and have to do the replacement on our own. Facilities in the hotel and the room itself were aged. The only saving grace is the location I guess.

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around

I been staying Novotel at Singapore having very good experiences,but it surprised me for this HeFei Novotel when I request a coffee when having their morning breakfast the waiter just point at the coffee machine and ask me go and get yourself.
