Hôtels avec vue sur montagne à Muscat

La chambre est spacieuse, il est possible d'ajouter deux lits. L'hôtel m'a offert un lit supplémentaire, ce qui était suffisant, je n'en avais pas besoin de deux. La vue de l'hôtel est superbe, les ombres des montagnes au loin sont très typiques d'Oman. Le personnel de la réception était lent et avait un fort accent anglais. Le lampadaire était cassé, il ne s'allumait pas.

Semaine décevante dans un hôtel décevant. Dès l’instant où nous avons atterri à Oman, l’hôtel intercontinental ne nous a pas aidé. Lorsque nous avons demandé un taxi, ils ne nous ont pas aidés et nous avons dû nous arranger nous-mêmes. Lorsque nous avons demandé si nous avions une vue sur la mer, on nous a répondu « nous avions une vue partielle sur la mer », qui était en fait un parking et un générateur bruyant qui fonctionnait toute la nuit. Le générateur était si bruyant que nous devions garder les portes du balcon fermées tout le temps. Cependant, une nuit, même avec les portes fermées, nous sommes restés éveillés jusqu'à 3 heures du matin avec des détonations et des cliquetis bruyants du personnel de l'hôtel chargeant des camionnettes de meubles après un événement à l'hôtel. Lorsque nous avons demandé à réserver les restaurants sur place, on nous a répondu qu'ils étaient tous fermés à l'exception du restaurant principal. Plusieurs fois, lorsque nous sommes allés au restaurant principal, on nous a dit qu'il y avait trop de monde et que nous devions attendre et revenir plus tard. Lorsque nous entrions au restaurant, nous devions souvent attendre longtemps pour que la nourriture soit remplacée ou nous donnions des gobelets en papier parce qu'il n'y avait plus de verres ! Lorsque nous avons essayé d'obtenir le WiFi à la piscine, il n'y en avait pas. Lorsque nous essayions d’utiliser les crèmes dans la pièce, elles s’épuisaient. Le personnel était adorable et la nourriture était bonne mais dans l’ensemble, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis pris en charge et nous ne pensons certainement pas que ce soit un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Excellent location, many restaurants Shisha bar nearby, also is in the middle of everything. To all attraction everything is within 30 minutes taxi including airport. If you want to do boat trip or see activity, maybe it’s better to leave closer to the port. Before us the extra 20 minutes on a taxi is not a problem. Very clean, very spacious, providing quiet luxury vibe. Breakfast is a little bit smaller selection than I expected, but the food quantity is good. The room is very spacious and comfortable layout, the best bed I’ve ever slept on in any luxury hotel. Only problem I had was in the room, they might need to do some quality checks, a lot of appliances does not work, for example the steamer didn’t Work, need the time to change it, also scale doesn’t work, it doesn’t read a matter for me but everything adds up just a small little disappointment. On the first night, there’s some really loud noises from the air-conditioning throughout the whole night, raise this in the morning, second day afternoon already fixed it. It was a quick fixing, but I would have expected the room wouldn’t have such noises when I check in. The spa is amazing!! highly recommended to do at least two hours treatment, this is definitely one of the best spa experience in any hotel. Servicing overall is very good, specially the room cleaning stuff super friendly, the ladies in the spa also very nice, everyone on the servicing are super friendly, helpful. Just a front desk reception with a little bit of colder attitude. Facility wise is enough, good size pool not the biggest but is enough. Unlike most of the luxury hotel,This MO hasn’t got their own private beach, it’s a beachfront property, however they have a small sessions on the beach with hotels own beach chair for the guest. Is not a usual larger luxury resort, only 150 rooms, I will say the facility is okay but I would expect a little bit more. Also, there is no information to pre-book any activities or any special activities going on in the hotel unless you ask. Pool size service m may be need a little bit of improvement. The stuff is very nice to lay down the towel the moment you reached the pool or the beach area. But this level of hotel should automatically bring some water, ice bucket, or sunscreen available to the seat. They are sunscreen only laying around at certain spot and you need to stand and use it. Overall experience has been amazing, also it is top three best and luxurious hotel in muscat. But for this price everyone will expect a little bit more. I’d definitely rate 8.5/10 of the 3 days stay here.

L'emplacement est idéalement à proximité de l'aéroport. L'accueil y est très professionnel et cordial. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La chambre est parfaite. Le standard de cet hotel est très élevé. Idéal pour les voyages d'affaire. C'est dorénavant ma référence pour mon prochain passage à Mascate. Bravo au manager et à son équipe.

La chambre est propre et hygiénique, avec un espace raisonnable et un bon emplacement. Il est très pratique de manger, de faire un supermarché et de changer des devises aux alentours. Le service de la réception était enthousiaste et le concierge a aidé avec les bagages, ce qui était très attentionné. Un hôtel très économique.

Our stay at radison was v plesent. All the staff was excellent and made sure we were OK Hotel it self was located in very central area, close to all shop, and resturants. Will recommend it to anyone. Tariq nawaz khan

The hotel is well-located and the room was clean. We booked a studio apartment, which was spacious and fully equipped for cooking, if needed. It's a great option for both families and couples, offering good value for money. Since it's located within Panorama Mall, dining is convenient and hassle-free. While the mall offers limited shopping options, it does have a well-stocked hypermarket, so there's no need to go out for essentials.

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..
