Meilleure expérience étant ma première visite à l'hôtel et les services étaient de loin mieux que je l'ai accepté et le personnel était si soignant et à la recherche de tout, donc nous ne nous sentons pas inconfortables et ma première expérience était la meilleure visite que j'avais jamais eue à n'importe quel hôtel espère visiter à nouveau et profiter de l'expérience ❤️

We checked in on 8th March,24 and checked out on 11th March,24 We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The morning buffet breakfast was really delicious and sumptuous. The staff was very helpful in arranging for the taxi for the entire day’s tour of Mumbai which was very fruitful. The room was spacious and the housekeeping was up to mark . Last but not the least , the Hotel is situated in a very strategic location from where the famous Dadar market is easily accessible as also the Railway station , Siddhivinayak temple and other important sight seeing places in South Mumbai are located nearby. This would literally save both time and money incase anybody is planning for a holidaying trip to Mumbai

L'hôtel porte un look ancien juste de l'entrée dans le bâtiment à la suite de votre chambre. Il y a un ascenseur de raffinement qui va à votre étage. Les couloirs sont si étroites que vous ne pouvez pas vous tenir si vous diffusez vos mains. La chambre (No 106) était bien avec un tapis et un lit de reine. Mais quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, il y avait un mauvais odeur de quelqu'un qui vient de fumer à l'intérieur. Le lit était assez propre et pas parfumant. L'unité intérieure de l'AC faisait un grand bruit. Il n'y avait pas de fourniture de thé/café. Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner. Vous devez le commander par leurs garçons de service. Le processus de check-in et de check-out était en toute sécurité, comme nous l'avions réservé via MakeMyTrip. Notre séjour à l'hôtel était juste pour une nuit que nous sommes également arrivés tard à 1.30 am et nous avons séjourné jusqu'à 11 am.

Les gens sont si gentils ! La chambre était très humide après la baignoire même j'ai utilisé le fan, mais c'est la seule chose qui m'inquiète.
