The location is close to the center. The room I stayed in was quite small but it was enough for me. I stayed for 1 day. It might be a problem for those who stay longer.

Fairly cheap and conveniently located hotel in downtown Munich. Good for a quick sleep and layover before heading to another location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel services provided during my stay. I had booked a family suite for a two-night stay, but unfortunately, there was a continuous Wi-Fi issue in my unit throughout the duration of my stay. This forced me to rely on my expensive mobile data while roaming. Despite informing the hotel staff about the Wi-Fi problem, there was no follow-up or resolution. Until I insist to request a staff to come to my suit and check , they confirmed the Wi-Fi failure but couldn't provide a solution due to the unavailability of a technician at that time. As you can see in the attached photo, my children had to position themselves near the door to connect to the Wi-Fi in order to use their phones. This is highly inconvenient and not the level of service I expected. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to write an email to the hotel manager to express my dissatisfaction and lodge a complaint. However, I received no response for three days. As a result, I escalated the matter through trip.com. Surprisingly, the hotel's response was that their Wi-Fi had no issues. This is unacceptable because I specifically asked their staff to verify the problem, and just because other areas of the hotel have Wi-Fi coverage does not mean that my suite did as well. This clearly indicates poor customer service on the part of the hotel. Additionally, the walls had poor soundproofing, allowing us to hear conversations from neighboring rooms and footsteps from above. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that Wi-Fi is a fundamental service for any hotel.

Everything is good. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Great location

Unfortunately, a very disappointing hotel experience. It was so uncomfortable that I left earlier than intended. The rooms were filthy. In the room we had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. There were unusual stains in the shower and mold all over the wall above the shower. When I went to reception for help I stood at the counter for around 5 minutes whilst the staff were busy chatting in the room next door (separated by a sliding door), when a staff member finally saw me, she was still talking to her colleague in the next room, then decided to go back into the room and continue her conversation without acknowledging me. Complete lack of customer service. The following day I explained to a male staff member that the shower in the room had a broken seal on the door and that after a shower the entire floor was saturated with water. He said he would get someone to look at it, however, no one ever got back to me about it, and it was never repaired. So for the entire duration of the stay the floor was saturated and slippery after the shower. Between the tiles in the shower there was a disturbing amount of mold growth. And the pillows on the bed were a lumpy mess and rather uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides the health hazards and the lack of customer service, the room was very basic and small. The location is convenient, but I would say the area isn’t very family-friendly. Lots of adult entertainment on the same street, if that’s something you need to consider.

The location is perfect 5 minutes from the station and about a 10 minute walk from Oktoberfest. And very near a bunch of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small, but we weren't there to stay in our room. The check in was easy and the workers were all very pleasant

飯店的位置離慕尼黑中央車站不遠，走路大約10分鐘，但是馬路比較複雜，接待大廳的人員有耐心與熱情，房間簡單與舒適

衞生差，床單被子枕頭像是沒洗過。 環境差隔音也差，樓上小孩打鬧，隔壁開門，就像在房間一樣，一直到深夜都不停。 舒適度差，枕頭和床質量不好，睡的非常不舒服。 服務差，到達晚了，前台沒有人接待，打電話也沒人接，並且酒店鎖門。

房間都不大 但位置可以 周圍很多小飯店。房間內沒有提供飲用水和電水壺。早餐還算不錯

酒店就在鬧市區，離中央火車站350米！性價比非常高！附近都是中東人開的小飯館和酒吧。不過酒店沒有燒水壺！

こじんまりとして個人的に好きなホテルです。 観光地に近く、便利だとも思います

호텔 조금 작긴한데 가격싸고 조식 너무 맛잇렀어용 ㅎㅎ 직원들도 다 친절하고 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐옮기기도 편했어요 리셉션 2층이니 참고하세용
