Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

Je séjourne souvent dans cet hôtel et c'est toujours un hôtel agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et la piscine est propre. Si je devais dire fort, je dirais qu'il y a un distributeur d'eau dans le couloir, mais je finis toujours par oublier de le mettre sous la douche, et c'est difficile d'aller le chercher, donc je me retrouve souvent sans eau la nuit. Ce serait utile si j'avais une bouteille parce que je n'en ai besoin que d'une seule bouteille... mais c'était essentiellement ma négligence, alors je dois le dire ! est. De plus, j'ai toujours envie d'aller au bar de la piscine, mais quand je rentre à l'hôtel, il est déjà fermé. C'est une honte. Je reviendrai ici! merci!

Super belle place! Amusez-vous avec mes amis. Très près du centre commercial, et des restaurants. Il est également à travers Northgate, donc le transport est assez facile. Il va certainement retourner ici!! 💗

Bellevue muntinglupa J'ai quelques questions pour cet hôtel Tout d'abord, pourquoi demander même aux clients de s'inscrire sur le web, exiger des clients de télécharger des exigences comme l'identité personnelle et présenter le code qr généré pour obtenir la clé de la chambre - quand en fait, le bureau frontal Les clients ont-ils été inconscients de ce problème et ont-ils toujours demandé aux clients de présenter un id et de remplir les informations déjà trouvées dans le check-in web ? Si vous allez mettre en œuvre ce , n' a-t-il pas de sens de former le personnel de sorte que tout le monde est sur la même page ? Alors, quel est le point de ce contrôle web ensuite? Alors, oui, même avec ce système en place, le processus de vérification a été douloureuxment lent et a pris beaucoup de temps parce que le bureau frontal a pris leur temps avec toutes leurs formes de papier et essayé de découvrir comment les choses fonctionnaient. Deuxièmement, notre réservation était pour 3 paches, mais la chambre - mise en place était pour deux. Nous avons donc demandé des équipements pour la 3e personne. Alors pourquoi les deux premiers clients obtiennent des « équipements marqués » alors que la 3e obtient un ensemble générique ? (Voir photo) Autres choses Le petit déjeuner était bon et l'accent était sur l'accès au séjour Pool était jusqu'à 8. Alors pourquoi ne peut-on pas prolonger les heures pour seulement deux heures pour adultes ? Tout le jour, je vois déjà des familles avec des enfants à la piscine, il serait donc super d'avoir quelques heures plus calmes et calmes pour les adultes seulement inmho

J'ai déjà vérifié deux fois à B Hotel et nous avons récemment réservé notre séjour ici pour notre anniversaire tout ce que je peux dire est qu'ils ne nous décevront jamais pour nous faire sentir bienvenus ☺️ Je dois dire, c'était une joie absolue. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les gardiens, les receveurs de bureau et les ménagers qui étaient incroyablement utiles et attentifs tout au long de notre séjour. L'hôtel était propre, élégant et très bien conçu, et m'a fait sentir que j'étais dans un établissement de haut niveau. Je voudrais remercier Renz qui est la chambre assis à ce moment-là pour me demander ce que je veux et fournir toutes mes demandes. Je voudrais également féliciter les receveurs de la table frontale Madz, tin, pau et abbi qui ont fait en sorte que notre séjour soit aisé et que toutes nos demandes ont été suivies. Même leur concierge TJ si je peux me souvenir bien, il est très gentil et en temps utile pendant notre service. Merci B hotel alabang!!!! Nous serons certainement de retour ☺️❤️

Booked a 2-night stay. Day 1: Used Waze to find the place, so we went directly to the parking entrance at the back. We were told we needed a pass that is given out at the front desk. The road was a one-way street, so we had to maneuver in a narrow street. Since I was already at the front desk, I decided to checked in. We checked in 2 hours after the supposed check in time, yet the room was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes, but I was told our check out time was pushed back for 2 hrs. I appreciate that, but only because our purpose of staying was a staycation, so we're not really particular about the time. However, here we go again with the parking issue. I stayed at the lobby with my parents and sister to wait for our room while my brother and his girlfriend parked the car. My brother called me to say there's no space available and complained that the parking area was super tight. He also said the attendant was not helpful and simply told him the obvious, ”Sir, walang available,” then walked away without even suggesting somewhere else to park. My brother called me again to ask for assistance. I approached someone from the front desk. He asked the lobby guard to tell the parking attendant to let us park at the second level. Idk what's the issue with that. A private parking area, I guess? When my brother got there, there was also no available space. The attendant again said the same thing and added we could park outside. Note that there was typhoon Paeng at that time, so my brother didn't want to park outside. He called me again, and again I asked for help. The lobby guard personally went to the parking area to assist my brother. That was the one good thing to have happened so far. While waiting for the elevator, the group behind us also encountered the same problem. They chose to park at the commercial area across the street and asked the hotel to compensate the fee. As for the room, I have stayed in a place managed by HII before, so it's fair to say I'm beyond disappointed. The furniture and the fixtures look really old. There were stains on the chairs. Between the two bathrooms, one has a stained toilet bowl, the other has a lingering stink that my sister described as the smell when someone just pooped. The worst part was that that bathroom is the one inside the master's bedroom. I could smell the stink while on the bed. Good thing my mom brought an extra alcohol spray, but the smell was still there. The sliding door of the shower area was also broken and the water temperature was difficut to control. Of the three bedrooms, there is only one tv. The other tv is in the living room. My booking was a room good for 6 adults, but the things prepared (slippers, chairs, plates, cutleries) were only for 3. No hand towels. Ordered room service for dinner, was told food would be delivered in 1 hour. It was 15 mins late. Plus they only allow cash as mode of payment. Very unusual for a hotel. At least the bed, sheets, and pillows looked decent. We

Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.
