I stayed in this hotel from 11-11-2023 till 18-11-2023. I had a great time. Checking in by a nice and friendly girl from Indonesia and a guy ( Mahmoud) from Oman. Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was downstairs in the lounge. The 2 guys from India where very frendly. The pool on the roof was nice at the end off the day after a nice trip. Mahmoud who toke care of the gym the spa and pool was also very friendly. Rooms where very clean. All by all a great stay, Will come again.

Staying at the Shangri La Al Husn Muscat has been one of the highlights of our time in the Middle East. We decided to go for my girlfriends birthday and the team worked exceptionally well with me to deliver a unforgettable experience. Getting to the Shangri La was a bit of a challenge and taxis do not come cheap in Oman. Though it was not challenging I do wish there was a pickup/drop off option for the guests. The inclusive breakfast was wonderful and ordering off the menu assured that everything you ordered stayed fresh. There was a mixup with our order due to a language barrier but the food was still phenomenal. The in room breakfast and room service was a highlight as it allowed you to take full advantage of the room and with the inbuilt heaters in the dining table assured the food stayed hot. The value for money on in room dining was disappointing as an order of a burger and fries came with a small amount of fries, however that was fixed with our next order. The afternoon tea was delicious, highlights being the fromage and watermelon and the scones. Each afternoon tea was different and kept the palate excited. The happy hour beverages were also included and always came with a suprise canapé from the restaurant. In terms of the staycation, it was perfect. The interior and exterior of the hotel is beautiful and the sound of the ocean left you relaxed for the stay. I would like to raise that there was a lot of sealife by the beach which deterred us from swimming in the sea as we had heard a lot about the Omani coast and didn’t have much confidence in the beach patrol and lifeguards there. We noticed some playing on their phones but they were always happy to assist taking a picture for the two of us. I would suggest a more upfront approach when it comes to what you can expect in the sea there. A visitors lounge was also available allowing you to take full opportunity of the facilities till you left for your next adventure.

L'hôtel Al Falay offre les meilleures et les plus abordables classes de natation dans le muscat. J'ai combattu ma peur de l'eau et je suis capable de nager dans l'eau profonde, ainsi que avec confiance. Chamith sir m'a appris le style libre, le coup de dos, le style relaxé, flottant et profond dans moins de 10 classes et je suis extrêmement heureux et plus que satisfait de ma expérience là-bas. Il faut essayer pour quiconque veut combattre ses craintes et apprendre à nager dans n'importe quel groupe d'âge.

J’ai commencé mon road trip à Mascute a Matrah hôtel. Le personnel de Matrah hôtel a été extraordinaire, très très accueillant, souriant et m’a dispensé de super conseils pour visiter la ville et les environs. L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec des commerces et des restaurants à proximité et le Souk histoire de Mascute. L’hôtel propose d’excellents services à des prix très très raisonnable…J’ai pu louer ma voiture très rapidement à très bon prix, avec l’aide du personnel de l’hôtel. Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Sam

On se sent comme à la maison. Un grand merci infiniment et une spéciale dédicace à Monsieur Moiz Akolawala pour sa réactivité, sa gentillesse et professionnalisme pour s’occuper de nous. Une très bonne communication efficace et simple. Cela me rappelle l’attention que nous a porté le general manager Kirti Anchan au Jumeirah Emirates Towers et le general manager Andy Cuthbert au Jumeirah Madinat et Jumeirah Creek Side Hotel. Ayant l’habitude de séjourner dans des établissements du groupe Jumeirah aux Émirats Arabes Unis depuis 2014, une nouvelle fois pour cet établissement luxueux récent qui a ouvert ses portes en 2022, nous avons été comblés et bluffés par cette propreté, ce calme, cette architecture bien réfléchie qui nous a permis de passer de très belles journées relaxantes au sein de Jumeirah Muscat en bord de mer ou au bord de la piscine. Il y a le Talise spa aussi disponible pour les soins comme dans chaque hôtel du groupe Jumeirah. Cet établissement a un énorme potentiel dans un futur proche. Monsieur Zeki Ozal, je vous ai envoyé un mail et invitation via Linkedin 😉, j’espère que vous prendrez le temps d’y répondre. Nous n’avons pas voulu vous déranger dans votre activité et votre supervision des travaux à côté du ponton du chemin menant à la plage que vous supervisiez ou lors vos déjeuners extérieurs sur le ponton. Jumeirah reste une valeur sûre avec un emplacement exceptionnel
