Staff were very helpful solving my parking garage issue (parking fee not able to be settled with my credit card)

f you’re looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Good view and breakfast. Parking is not free but very safe.

We'd booked a room for 5 with an extra bed on ***********, but when we reached the hotel, the lady at check-in informed us that in the Scandic Narvik system it was only a room for 2 people, that there was no other space available, and that in future, we should book directly with the hotel in order to avoid this happening again. In the end, she was able to find us a room, but it was such a terrible way to start off what was otherwise a brilliant stay in beautiful Narvik.

Awesome hotel in the centre of the city. Everywhere is easy to get by.

非常差勁的酒店，整個挪威都是這個酒店品牌，地毯都是臟臟的，一股味道，房間也沒有暖氣，衞生非常不乾淨的

房間硬件不錯，夜景好看，不過窗户外面太臟拍照拍出來不好看。週末電梯衹有一部在運營，遇上高峯時間要等。酒店停車場收費180nok一天，停車方便。周邊似乎也有免費的停車場需要自己找。早飯豐盛。酒店需要刷信用卡付按金。

無論設施 衞生 服務都超讚，很方便，酒店環境也是超好👍早餐很豐富 也超好吃😋就是酒店停車不能直達大堂，需要拖着行李走一段～不過相比酒店環境和服務，都不是事兒

納爾維克市中心的中心酒店，旅遊諮詢中心和當地最大的博物館戰爭博物館就在酒店邊上，汽車站在酒店山巖下，開窗可看到港灣碼頭。

房間的電暖爐壞掉, 請他們的人來幫我修，但是一直沒有來，後來跑去櫃檯跟他們說,最後換另外一間房間給我. 早餐不好吃, 房價也太貴了,雖然飯店外型很特別，可是不認識在呀!

超棒的酒店，酒店早餐超棒，房間舒適温馨，前台美女服務很好，很有耐心。由於這次自駕經過的地方，沒有遊玩，下次再玩必選這家酒店

這家酒店不人性化，我剛定了後1小時發現定錯了要取消，攜程説和酒店商量後不能退。這家酒店大家以後下單要謹慎一點。不推薦就這酒店
