Cet hôtel n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la femme de ménage nettoyait le devant de l'hôtel aux pavés cassés avec un seau d'eau. Le personnel était assis dehors à fumer. A l'intérieur, le hall est hideux avec de la musique, des boutiques et des distributeurs de boissons comme dans un hall de gare. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. On nous a donné la clé de notre chambre. La douche a seulement un vieux rideau donc on inonde la salle de bain. Les produits de douche sont rudimentaires. Il a fallu que je redescende pour avoir le code Wifi. Comme j'étais mécontente, la a personne de l'accueil m'a dit de rencontrer le manager. Comme il n'y avait personne, elle m'a demandé d'attendre devant la porte une vingtaine de minutes. Là encore, ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le parking est un terrain herbeux non entretenu. La nourriture est une nourriture de cantine (et encore je suis gentille, je mange mieux à ma cantine !). C'est scandaleux. A 57 euros la nuit avec demi-pension, il n'est pas normal de manger aussi mal. Les restaurants ne coûtent pas cher en Bulgarie, tout comme la nourriture. Quant à la piscine, le surveillant préfère discuter avec ses amis autour d'une table..., le monsieur et la dame du bar passent leur temps à fumer devant la piscine et s'assoient sur les transats ! C'est inadmissible. Il faudrait véritablement changer de manager pour faire de cet hôtel un 4 étoiles. Enlever les distributeurs de boissons (il y a un bar alors pourquoi des distributeurs ?), enlever la télévision (insupportable dans un 4 étoiles et personne ne la regarde !), enlever le ”pepsi bar” de la piscine inutilisé et hideux, mettre des tapis et décorations dans le hall et couloirs. When we arrived, the housekeeper was cleaning the front of the hotel with broken paving stones and a bucket of water. The staff was sitting outside smoking. Inside, the lobby is hideous with music, stores and drink machines like a train station lobby. It's not worthy of a 4 star hotel. We were given the key to our room. The shower only has an old curtain so we flooded the bathroom. The shower products are rudimentary. I had to go back downstairs to get the wifi code. As I was dissatisfied, the he person at the front desk told me to meet the manager. Since there was no one there, she asked me to wait outside the door for about 20 minutes. Again, this is not worthy of a 4 star hotel. The parking lot is an unkempt grassy area. The food is canteen food (and again I'm nice, I eat better at my canteen!). It is scandalous. Il a fallu 3p minutes pour que l'eau revienne Petit déjeuner et dîner ont des choix pauvres et répétibles, tout est engourdi dans l'huile. Il est plein de petits bébés pleurant, beaucoup de bruit, et le gars jouant de la musique dans la soirée n'a que 5 chansons qu'il joue sur et Iverson chaque nuit. Il y a des lignes pour la nourriture, vous avez trop attendre pour votre toast français sucré huile pendant 5 minutes. 4 minutes. Lignes partout. Sonne. Fume. Bienvenue à votre 200 euros/jour de vacances.Profitez de votre repas. N'avez pas de boisson pour dîner. Pas même de l'eau. 5 étoiles hôtel et vous n'êtes pas servi à l'eau pour dîner!!!! Vous devez payer pour cela ou souffrir de soif. Pas d'eau, pas de café, pas de jus, rien. Vous avez honte!!! La nourriture n'est pas très bonne ou divers de toute façon, vous auriez pu nous donner au moins de l'eau!!!! Pas de chaises de plage incluse, vous devez acheter une chaise séparément ou vous asseoir sur le sable. Pas assez d'espaces de stationnement. La meilleure partie de cette vacances est la fin, parce que je peux laisser cet hôtel effrayé derrière et ne revenir jamais !!!!
