Hôtels sur la plage à Nha Trang

J'ai séjourné pendant 3 nuits et 4 jours, et les caractéristiques de cet auberge sont également connectées par les portes. Nous avons reçu une chambre avec un lit double et une salle de séjour, un lit de taille roi et une cuisine connectée. La chambre double que j'ai séjournée n'était pas climatisée, donc j'ai pris des mesures le premier jour, mais c'était toujours une chambre de problème où le climatiste n'a pas remis en état, même si elle était supérieure à la température fixée. Je ne demande pas de mesures supplémentaires parce que je voulais ouvrir la prochaine chambre et la porte de l'abri, mais c'était une défaite de chambre. Et si elle fume dans la chambre suivante ou que l'odeur de cigarettes entre, et la chambre de lit du roi doit être ventilée fréquemment. La vue était une chambre avec vue sur la mer du côté et l'hôtel était en construction à côté de lui, mais il n'était pas bruyant parce qu'il était vacances. Il y a un tunnel sous-sol de la plage, il est donc pratique de ne pas passer la route. Le petit déjeuner est aussi bon et pas beaucoup de variété. J'y suis allé parce qu'il y avait un club pour enfants au 5ème étage, mais il était trop petit que je pensais, donc je suis déçu. Le club de haut niveau doit payer des fonds séparés après 8 heures et prendre l'ascenseur privé. Il est toujours un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais il est recommandé de porter des produits séparés avec le shampooing et la qualité de lavage corporel. Le personnel était très aimable et mémorable.

My wife and myself stayed here for 3 days and were very impressed with this hotel. We were welcomed at the door on arrival, and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were offered an upgrade and gladly accepted. (nothing wrong with the first room) just thought the balcony spa would be a great idea. I would like to make a special mention to HA for her advice and recommendations. She has a fantastic attitude towards everyone. She helped to make our stay much more memorable. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Hôtel qui affiche 5 étoiles pour un prix incroyable d'une chambre backpacker, mais on est vite ramené à la réalité : ça débite énormément avec des groupes sans discontinuité de Coréens et autres, les étages sont tous bien occupés et une grande agitation y règne toujours partout, mais surtout le hall de réception. C'est plutôt un standard 4 petites étoiles dans les chambres, tout confort, belle literie, les serviettes sont brodées du logo de l'hôtel, un côté voulu moderne avec les douches au vitre transparente qui donne sur la chambre séjour. Du vin est proposé dans le frigo, la climatisation silencieuse et la tv est assez moderne pour qu'on puisse brancher du matos externes de films, de jeux etc. La plage est à 5 min à pied, sinon au dernier 40e étage une piscine superbe qui offre une vue à couper le souffle, on peut y prendre aussi un cocktail. Par contre le petit déjeuner buffet est très asiatique, très limité niveau continental, on a même le sentiment d'être dans les hôtels d'état à ce niveau, donc je dois dire plutôt décevant au vue des autres prestations. Mais enfin, pour remplir à tout prix l'hôtel, j'ai payer 20€/nuit lit queen size au lieu de 120€! Donc c'est quand-même excellent et je recommande vivement !

This hotel is perfect - pretty much. Right on the beachfront, spacious room, large bathroom, outdoor pool, gym/workout room, bar/restaurant, super helpful staff. Could not have asked for more. It’s location is perfect for other bars, coffee shops and restaurants too. Bit of a spin from the airport (approx 40/45 mins) and about 20/30 mins drive for VinWonders. Handy little convenience and souvenir stores in the area too. I’ll definitely be back to Nha Trang and Star City will be top of my list for accommodation.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Séjour très plaisant, chambres communicantes appréciables vue sur mer en étage élevé, repas très bons, service, accueil, et service au restaurant très attentionné, plage sensationnelle! Unique bémol : musique piscine un petit peu trop élevé parfois. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Cyril Huong et leurs enfants. General Manager très attentif. Bien à vous. Very pleasant stay, appreciable communicating rooms with sea view on a high floor, very good meals, very attentive reception and restaurant service, sensational beach! Le personnel était ami et utile. La chambre n'était pas grande mais très propre. Un petit panier de fruits nous attendait, le wich était doux. Ils ont du jus de melon frais (parfois avec du cucumber) dans le lobby, aussi très bon et un joli touche si vous me demandez.

Le premier hôtel qui vous a accueilli est tout à fait supérieur à mes attentes. Les frais de chambre de 3, 4 cents yuan sont si bons. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et le petit-déjeuner est riche (pour le prix). Le long littoral est traversé par la route, l'hôtel dispose de sa propre plage, offre des salleaux de bains et des salleaux de bains gratuits. Nous avons réservé une chambre de scène maritime, assis sur le balcon pour voir la mer est très hostile.  Dans le Journée nationale, il est à craindre que la chambre comme Haïnan soit ajoutée à zéro.

La réception est très enthousiaste, la position de l'hôtel est bonne à 5 minutes de marche de la mer, la position de l'hôtel est également comparable au prix
