The place is nice, staff great. Unfortunately I can not split the stars so please read this. The one star is just and only for the Spa, and it's management. Today I booked a duo scrub to do something nice with my daughter. On the website it is written: Scrub, cream, and head massage for 2 people.50 minutes, 98 euro. This is misleading and totally unfair for the client. We get in and we have 1 masseuse for 2 people.So technically I am paying 49 euro each for 25 (it was 20 at the end) minutes, and not for 50 minutes. Again: THIS is not specified on the website. We are sitting on no bed, just some estethician chairs which put your head lower than your body, totally uncomfortable. Totally low standards. We get scrub on 4 parts of our body: lower legs, front arms, beginning of your back and belly.And we are asked to turn. So only front Then we shower, and with the swimming suits on and with the face towel we get (small) it's totally impossible to get the scrub out. I remove my swimming suit, and I ask for a shower towel, while I am trying butt naked to climb on the chair again. Then comes the cream on the same 4 spots. At my question : why don't we get cream on hands and feet, she says that: The cream makes the feet sliding and the client could fall (!!) And: Masseuse has a phobia touching feet. (Really??? Who hired you?and why don't you do facials then?). Last is the head massage of 5 minutes which it hurts because the amount of oil is non existent. We leave and we paid 98 euro for half a treatment, a partial scrub, a partial cream, dry hands, feet, and lower back, and scrub all over places that I can't name. Masseuse pretends not to see my disappointment or she doesn't care That's a rip off. Nowhere on the website are these things mentioned and we were not informed upfront that the treatment would be only for 4 parts of the body and the masseuse was phobic. I didn't get the choice to stand up and leave, instead of being robbed off I go to complain to reception and the EXCEPTIONAL Lucy (excellent customer care) talks with the spa manager. Obviously the management hired the phobic masseuse so that's the standard. Amateur hour I don't get any excuses, and only 23 euro off the bill. Poor Lucy is left to represent the Sanadome and the shabby operation of a cheap and amateur spa management. She offers me drinks. I appreciate it. I would go back to the hotel and to the thermae, however I won't book a treatment ever again. And so should you do as well! Note for Sanadome management: This kind of service which is obviously incompetently managed from a third part, lowers your standards and your stars. Hôtel très bien situé tout près du centre ville et à côté de la gare. Personnel accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et calme malgré la proximité de la gare. La salle de bains est ouverte, donc fraîche le matin. Petit-déjeuner très bon, varié avec des produits locaux. Petit bémol, le bar est fermé les dimanches et lundis

Nice and clean, professional business hotel. Elevators the most effective and comfortable I ever seen in a EU hotel. Most rooms have a really nice view. Good restaurant, fast English speaking service. Like you have the small tables in a quiet place/row of the restaurant for single business travelers. Actually people meet each and have a chat there. No pressure for tips, that's common in other hotels. (Included in the price already) Just the amount and off you go without feeling obligated. Love that you drive straight into a free hotel parking garage with elevator, and have a entry to the lobby, no stress on a rainy day, unless you park way up at the roof. Perfect for travelers and business. Did not see any children, most business people so it was nice and quiet. I ended up here because my company favorite in Cuijk was fully booked, but I don't regret that. I will drive a few extra distance to stay here again. My absolute favorite for the area indeed.

This hotel is completely understaffed. It's ran by one front desk person who's never there, and a guy who's not in hotel uniform at night who plays poker with his rowdy friends in the lobby who doesn't want to help with anything. The AC does not work unless the outside temperature is above 18'C (for ”eco” reasons which is just a trick to save money of course). Meanwhile inside it's 25'C and you can not cool the room. There's no water bottles in the room. If you want to buy water, there's a vending machine, but you can't pay with bills or card. You need to pay with coins. If you ask the front desk for coins, he doesn't have coins of course. The cleaners did not clean for 2 days when we stayed for 4 days. So half the time there was no cleaning. Even when we explicitly asked the cleaners and front desk for cleaning and put the door sign up to clean. The gym has no weights, dumb bells, barbell. Just treadmill, bicycle, rowing machine. That would be okay, but it's not even cleaned once during our stay. It looks like this hotel chain is ran with the minimum staff and costs possible to maximize profits. But it's not a great experience. The building is functional and renovated and good though.

J'ai séjourné à Guesthouse Vertoef pour 2 nuits en juin. La location est excellente. J'ai arrivée en train à la gare Nijmegen et l'hôtel est à très courte distance de marche sur la route, à l'opposé de la gare. Le signe de l'hôtel est visible à partir de la marche. Les couloirs sont un peu comme un bureau et les étages sont un rendeur de béton infini qui se sentait un peu industriel, mais ma chambre était grande (même si classée comme petite), il était confortable et avait un double aspect qui était gentil. Il a été très confortable, mais il a été très confortable. Les pistes de la ville sont très bien situées, mais les pistes de la ville sont très bien situées. Le seul côté de ce lieu, à mon avis, est l'heure de fermeture très tôt de la réception, et donc la zone bar/café et salon (7 heures). Cela signifie que retourner à l'hôtel après le dîner ou un jour de travail a eu un peu de mal à entrer par une porte noire fermée sur le côté de la propriété. En raison de la bonne preuve (probablement) de son, je n'ai entendu personne d'autre à l'hôtel à la première nuit (quand je restais seul, attendant l'arrivée de mes collègues le lendemain). Cela a été un peu désagréable, avec le fait que les lumières ne sont alimentées que sur les capteurs, donc vous devriez entrer avant de voir beaucoup. Il semble aussi que l'on ne dispose pas d'informations sur qui si quelqu'un vous pourriez contacter et comment si un problème (pas de porte-nuit, etc.) Le petit déjeuner était bon et abondant. Style de buffet illimité. Bon choix, toutes les offres continentales froides. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et utile, si ils étaient là tout le temps, cela serait parfait.
