Grande location. Résidé dans environ 10+ différents hôtels dans la région de Ningbo et ce est décent. Les chambres sont grandes. Vous pouvez obtenir beaucoup d'eau bouteilleuse de la voiture de nettoyage. Le petit-déjeuner buffet a beaucoup de variétés! Probablement environ 30+ différentes options. Suppe de congee et de wonton.

A very standard, clean hotel. Large clean room with a good size bathroom with bathtub and shower. A short drivefrom key areas in Ningbo, good breakfast and helpfull staff.

Spacious rooms and good breakfast. This is the second time I stayed here. First time I booked one room. This time I booked 5 rooms for a family activity

L'hôtel était bon. Le personnel est utile et poli. Tout s'est bien passé. Les chambres étaient belles, mais il serait mieux si elles avaient davantage l'attention sur la nettoyage. Le seul problème que j'avais était qu'il y avait un son d'eau courante qui m'a fait venir dans ma chambre toute la nuit, ce qui m'a fait si annoncé.

The hotel was slightly old, the bathroom and toilet were small, the window of the room was opened so that the sound of vehicles from outside the room was heard. The added value of this hotel was that it provided fruit and snacks.

La décoration de l'hôtel est super, c'est mon style préféré. La chambre est une fenêtre de terrain, la vue est également très large, il y a un séjour très confortable, le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste, actif, très poli, il y a aussi des plats de soins de la peau prêtés, le service est super, les installations sont complètes, les produits de chambre sont très confortables, il y a une bonne qualité du sommeil ici.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The staff were helpful and attentive. They attended to our requests such as room service and a simple request for bottles of water. The room was big enough for a family of four. It’s also well-lit because of the big window. We liked our view as well. The location is well-situated to some major places such as Wanda Mall, the subway line and the Ningbo museum. We had fun!
