Installations : Hôtel très récent, emplacement idéal avec un bon feng shui, juste à côté d'une zone commerciale. Les chambres sont très calmes et les installations sont neuves. Cependant, je n'étais pas habitué à la séparation des espaces sec et humide dans la salle de bain. Je suggère d'ajouter un tapis antidérapant, car il est facile de glisser et de tomber. Cela représente un risque pour la sécurité, soyez vigilants. Je suggère également de remplacer les chaussons jetables par des tapis antidérapants. Le carrelage est un peu glissant, et ce serait un geste appréciable. Ambiance : Le thé est servi dans le hall l'après-midi et un souvenir est offert au départ, une attention très appréciable. Service : La gestion de cet hôtel est excellente et le personnel est très professionnel. Le directeur est très accueillant et la serveuse, Mme He, dont le nom contient le caractère « Han », a fourni un service particulièrement impeccable et mérite des félicitations. Elle était chaleureuse et attentionnée ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est vraiment bon pour l'argent. Nous avons eu un lit roi et ils nous ont servi des petits-déjeuners tous les jours, comprenant des fruits et des fruits, y compris un thé pour boire du thé. Le service est rapide et attentif. La chambre est propre et tranquille. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de Tian Yi, la principale zone commerciale. Il est également situé à proximité de la gare, accessible par métro ou taxi. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Ningbo et à l'hôtel.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et calme. Le service était excellent et le petit déjeuner était riche. L'hôtel est situé à côté de la place Tianyi et le transport est très pratique. Il y a aussi du porridge comme collation de minuit le soir.

Hotel location is very convenient as it is directly across Ningbo Railway Station, which also has a lot of food stalls and restaurants, so no worries if you are looking for food. It is also near bus station, so it is convenient to go everywhere. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable, amenities are provided, and also breakfast is quite varied (traditional Chinese menu and Western menu). This is the second time me and my family stay here, and the service is as superb as usual. Staffs are very friendly and super helpful.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant le temps précédent, l'expérience est superbe! La réception est chaleureuse et attentive, et le séjour est rapide et chaleureux. La chambre est propre et propre, les lits sont doux et confortables, et je peux dormir jusqu'au matin. Les installations de la chambre sont complètes et l'approvisionnement en eau chaude est stable. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et le goût est bon. La position géographique est très bonne, le transport est confortable autour de lui, les restaurants sont confortables. Il est fortement recommandé à tous!

I checked in early in the morning which the hotel didnt have rooms yet, so receptionist Babbby served me very well, complimentary upgrade, complimentary breakfast and arranged to take my luggage to the room when ready while I was out, great service. The only thing is when I got to room 3009 as the corridor end room, , the electricity must have problems, lights could not turn on, the bathroom lights turned on but for 1 sec and turned off itself, I repeated and played around the switch a few times then gave up, so when i was just about to walk out with my luggage, it turns on, the curtain motor closed 2/3 and stopped untill i played around with the switch , suggest hotel to do maintenence for the room or stay away.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il ne faut que quelques minutes à pied pour rejoindre la station de métro. Il y a un Starbucks et un McDonald's en bas, et juste à côté se trouve la Place de la Culture, où l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants. Nous sommes allés au Yongshang Mingzao et l'aller-retour n'a pris qu'une dizaine de minutes à pied ! En bref, l'emplacement est idéal ! L'hôtel est également très propre. Je pense qu'il est idéal pour les voyages d'affaires et les voyages en famille.

We booked the connecting suite at Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa for our family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel features breathtaking scenery and a serene Jiangnan-style environment. Although it was extremely crowded in peak holiday time, the service still maintained the top-tier Park Hyatt standard without any compromise. The room is beautifully decorated with pleasant Le Labo Santal 33 sandalwood fragrance everywhere. The in-room service was incredibly responsive and efficient. We accidentally left some clothes upon check-out, and the staff arranged shipment for us right away after being notified. Special sincere thanks go to staff May for her warm, patient and professional service throughout our stay. She made our family holiday trip extra comfortable and memorable. We absolutely love this hotel and will surely come back again soon.

However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
