L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Juste à côté de Tianyi, nous avons commandé un salon de thé avec un poêle. Les ingrédients sont également très riches, et on nous a donné 8 bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires. Le serveur était très prévenant et a dit qu'il appellerait la gare principale si cela ne suffisait pas . Le service est vraiment excellent. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux et l'attitude du service est également superbe. Et vous aider à appuyer sur l'ascenseur. Lors de notre départ, nous avons oublié certaines choses dans l'hôtel. Merci beaucoup, Xiong et Xiaolong, de m'avoir contacté immédiatement pour m'aider à le renvoyer ! Revenez certainement la prochaine fois!

This hotel is very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station nearby. The service attitude of the staff is very good, especially the front desk, 小李妹妹 is very considerate.

Hotel très propre et chic avec une situation fantastique. Personnel ami, utile, poli, conscient et service orienté; offre de l'eau et du thé quand nous nous reposons dans le lobby et quand nous nous débarquons. Et vous pouvez profiter du souper gratuit, et laver gratuitement! merveilleux! Lobby confortable et accueillant, nous réserverons Atour à nouveau dans un proche avenir à la Chine 😍😍😍

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Bon hôtel situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la place Tianyi. La zone de petit déjeuner était rénovée quand j'étais, donc n'a pas essayé le petit déjeuner buffet. La chambre était propre et équipée avec toutes les installations de base. Grand prix pour l'argent!

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

Nice hotel. The only thing is the location is just okay, and not great. There is a mall beside but the mall is not great. Good services and amenities including free laundry and free late night congee.

酒店地理位置優越，離天一廣場很近，還有免費的地下停車場。前台小姐姐服務熱情，在我們反映入住房間有裝修味道後，及時幫我們調換解決。美中不足的是，前台一直強調孩子（10歲）的早餐需要付費才能享用（68元或辦理銀卡會員49元），沒人家希爾頓、亞朵等酒店靈活、大氣，但酒店經理通情達理，善解人意，溝通後很貼心的贈送了孩子早餐，而且幹起工作來親力親為，為他點贊👍
