Ils sont tous des peintures d'increment de Yunnan à la main. 👨👩👧 Le service est plein: la famille du patron est enthousiaste comme des amis vieux. Pour nous aider à planifier la marche, recommander la cuisine de la terrasse, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont pleins de goûts locaux. Plus surpris, l'host va parler avec patience de l'histoire de la souris, montrer les objets vieux, le sentiment d'atmosphère est plein directement! 🐾 Super ami: très ami à la famille et aux animaux de compagnie, la chambre avec un petit jardin au premier étage, avec les enfants et les enfants de la peau est super adéquat! After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

What a wonderful hotel! About half an hour before we arrived I had conracted the hotel for a special request and they made sure it happened. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We enjoyed our own private hot spring spa in our room and the ones in the public area. It is a great place to go when you want to get out of the city. We went for a long walk to explore the area and it was beautiful. I hope to go back to this hotel again soon!

Lovely hotel built into a forestry mountain area. Views were stunning. The room was really nice, especially the massive round bathtub. Staff was super nice and helped us sort out a car when we couldn’t get a Didi driver. You can also have dinner there but you need to let them know the day before if you’re planning to eat there. All in all great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a stunning location on Jiulong Lake. We were upgraded to a suite for free upon arrival, the room was spacious with a bath that you could relax in and enjoy the view of the lake. Staff provide excellent customer service, with round the clock support available with a simple message on WeChat. My children loved the indoor soft play and feeding the peacocks, rabbits and geese. The outdoor pool with slides looks like it would be amazing for kids in the summer months. Zhoushan island with stunning beaches is 1hr 30mins drive away, fabulous day out if you are staying for a few days. Would happily stay again!

Nous avons eu le séjour le plus merveilleux à l'hôtel Qixia Shanju. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le patron est très bien, enthousiaste, et nous a mis à jour le modèle de la chambre. Le berger est un bâtiment unique, pas dans le village, pas dans la chambre des villageois, le bâtiment est tous les chambres, adapté à la famille, à la construction, le petit jardin est très adapté à la barbecue, à quelques minutes de marche, le tunnel pétrolier de la chaussure de la mer voisine peut aussi marcher, le barbecue de petit déjeuner est délicieux, C'est bon.

En mars de cette année, mon amoureux et moi avons conduit pendant environ 1h30 de Ningbo jusqu'à une famille d'accueil. Nous avons vu beaucoup de mauvaises critiques avant de nous enregistrer, nous étions donc un peu hésitants, mais nous avons quand même décidé d'essayer. Après l'enregistrement, le serveur nous a gentiment aidé à livrer nos bagages dans la chambre. La chambre que nous avions réservée disposait d'une piscine thermale extérieure de taille appropriée et d'air frais. Nous pouvions sortir prendre un bain dès que nous mettions nos maillots de bain, ce qui était très confortable. Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans le B&B, vous devez donc vous rendre à l'hôtel Tianmingshan Hot Spring à côté pour les repas. La réception a aidé à appeler une navette pour venir vous chercher. La nourriture à l'hôtel est bonne, mais le prix est un peu élevé et il n'y a pas assez de personnel de service. Après le dîner, nous avons fait une promenade relaxante pour retourner à la cabane. L'expérience globale est bonne et je reviendrai la prochaine fois.
