I would say avoid this place at all costs. I arrived at the hotel, I would say between 10 and 11 PM and as I entered the lobby there was a stale musty skunk smell. I had booked a king non-smoking and when I got to the desk they switch me to 2 Queens. So the laundry was on the way so I stopped there first. I spent about 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes doing laundry. I then went over to the room and the moment I walked in the room I could tell it was dirty, really dirty! There was two queen beds against the wall barely enough room to walk to the bathroom. They had a futon in the middle of the room which was really hard to get around so I guess the room was supposed to sleep six people. It seem more like a spring break place. The room had two TVs and neither one of them worked. The towels were white but they look like they had been used in a mechanic shop because they were black stains in all of the towels. I also noticed there were several cups Of some kind of black liquid left on top of the refrigerator. I assume from the previous guests. I didn’t even stay in the room. When I went back up front to the desk it was pretty late after midnight and I could not find anybody. I then got in my vehicle and left. I booked this through the Wyndham‘s app and I notified them of my stay and how bad it was. I told them that I wanted to request a refund. Today I noticed I received an email I believe it was from someone from that specific hotel. They gave me the gibberish about oh you only had 30 minutes to decide if you wanted to stay or not and we can’t refund your money. That would’ve been nice but I didn’t get into the room until at least an hour and a half after I checked in. Then when I did go back up to the front desk there’s no one around. To be honest the clerk told me when I checked in that there had been people living there for 2 to 3 years so I’m believing that this might be a section 8 hotel but I really don’t know. What I do know is I’ve been driving a truck for 37 years and this is absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. For your own health and safety I would not recommend this place at all. You’d be better getting a couple of blankets and sleeping up under a bridge.

Hands down the best hotel/extended stay place to stay at the costumer service is top notch and they're always on top of anything and everything you need from towels dishes to soap whatever you need the make sure to help get it for you. The rooms are super clean and very spacious the GM mark is very friendly and always ready to help out when he can. Brittany is a sweetheart southern girl who's super sweet and nice and willing to make sure she has you amenities for you rm no matter if she gotta stop and help wash dishes or laundry one heck of a gal Diamond is also another sweetheart always will to help with anything you need and makes sure your stay is the best. Arkez is one heck of a young man always on top of his job and makes sure you vist is the best and if u need anything for your room he's on top of it. So all in all this is one heck of a place to stay and I've definitely recommend to many of my friends and family to come stay here when they need a place to stay especially cause the beds and pillows are too notch comfortable.

J'ai commencé à rester dans cet hôtel en 2007 et c'est mon hôtel de choix quand je visite Charleston, SC. J'ai pris la retraite en 2016 et n'ai pas beaucoup voyageé au cours des 6 dernières années. J'ai eu l'occasion de participer à un spectacle à Charleston, SC le 23 septembre 2022, et j'ai fait ma réservation ici. Avant mon arrivée, j'ai appelé l'hôtel et Richard répondit et me souvenait exactement qui je suis. Le 23 septembre 2022, j'ai été accueilli dans le hall par Richard et le propriétaire John. Ils étaient tous deux très agréables comme toujours. C'est mon hôtel de choix lors de ma prochaine visite. Je recommanderais sans aucun doute Econo Lodge North. Merci, Richard & John.

L'emplacement de l'établissement n'avait pas l'air d'être dans le meilleur quartier et si vous n'y êtes jamais allé, vous ne sauriez pas quand vous l'avez réservé. C'était propre, cependant, la salle de bain aurait pu être rénovée avec du calfeutrage et un peu plus propre, il y avait du noir sur les bords de la baignoire. Le petit-déjeuner composé de café, de bagels et de danoises était la norme pour un petit-déjeuner inclus. J'ai payé un tarif plus élevé en pensant que c'était une chambre fumeur car les autres étaient répertoriés comme non-fumeurs mais j'ai découvert que tout l'établissement était non-fumeurs, alors j'ai perdu de l'argent là-bas !! D'une manière ou d'une autre, cela aurait dû être divulgué.

This hotel was great. My husband and I came into town for a funeral at 3am. We searched and searched for a hotel that was non-smoking and had no pets and had resonable rates.I called to see if their were any vacancies. I spoke to Candice on the phone. She was very helpful and let us know everything that we needed to know. We headed straight over there. The hotel was clean, smelled good, and the bed was comfy. They also have dove products in the bathroom, which is a plus because I forgot mine at home. It is about 15 mins to Charleston Airport. The breakfast was good. The ladies that worked were very nice and helpful. Overall, my stay was great.

Je n'ai jamais rencontré de personnel de ce type, indiscipliné et méprisable, qui n'avait jamais été envoyé à l'école. Ils ont été très bien accueillis par les chambres, les chambres sont très bien accueillis par les chambres. -- À la sortie, nos préoccupations ont été exprimées et la femme ”employée” a contesté avec les invités. Nous avons demandé au gestionnaire. Un employé a dit que le nom du gestionnaire était ”KA”. Le ”employé” est arrivé en colère et en colère. Il n'a pas donné de résolution, il a laissé sa langue et il a fait des insultes (******es). Nous avons laissé- et quelqu'un de la propriété de l'hôtel s'appelait et s'est identifié comme ”Bob”. ”Bob”- n'a offert aucune consolation que nous voulions accepter.---- il est en colère et a fait des commentaires sexuels explicites sur le téléphone------ à poursuivre ........... Quelle entité est en cours d'exploitation cette marque d'hôtel qui offre des services de sub par et insulte ses clients et semble se débarrasser de elle??? Comment est-ce permis????? Quel genre d'entente est-ce????? La marque d'hôtel CHOICE ne vaut pas la peine de passer un temps sur. N'ayez pas perdu votre argent - Oui.

My husband and I just love this place. The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds ate out of this world the sheets are so soft and smell so clean. The front desk staff are awesome and very friendly. The manager he is very nice himself. We will definitely come back again.. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful stay..
