Location: The hotel is in a mixed residential/commercial area of Norwich, its quiet and feels safe. The hotel is a short walk from The Riverside for restaurants, bars, cinema, etc. and close to local pub etc. it is a short walk from the station. There is no onsite parting - the street parking has daytime restriction. Facilities: There is a card secured front door and reception desk which is not 24hr. There is an onsite Indian restaurant. I didn't use it but it looked good. There is also a bar. The hotel offers a number of guest services such as a luggage locker, laundry etc. The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained, etc. The room: I had room 2 on the gorund floor. This was clean, spacious, and well equipped. So pleased to have a proper wardrobe! There was a tray of stuff such as fruit juice and biscuits. There is a small room safe also. There is an en suite shower room which was modern, clean and worked great. The bed was firm and comfortable. The linen was fresh. I like the characterful decor Service: Everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. I was prepaid booking so I didn't need to do a full check in/out. Everything seemed organised and efficient. My only gripe was that the people in the next room to me were noisy at 5am interupting my sleep and had the TV on very loud. Oh well, an earlier start than expected! Thats just bad luck I guess. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in Norwich.

I had a wonderful stay at this first-rate small three-star hotel within a short walk of Norwich railway station where you can take the train to London and the rest of East Anglia or where you can access the local bus network with direct transfer to the city centre and the rest of Norwich. The welcome was friendly and efficient felt like a valued customer from the outset. The communal areas were well-maintained and nicely decorated. The room was marvellous, also well maintained and presented, the bed was extremely comfortable with great linen, duvet and pillows, the television was adequate and the Wi-Fi worked well. The en suite bathroom was superb with good water pressure to the shower and nice towels. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great stay and hotel which I can highly recommend to all.

Reste ici pour aller sur le train à vapeur .sundown festival sur l'hôtel plein et incapable d'offrir upgrade.ainsi a une piscine côté salon platinumhg membrecharming personnel aidant incapable de donner 5 étoiles comme n'a pas d'autres repas.ainsi quand nous avons séjourné en dernier ici 15 Il y a quelques années, j'ai noté une défaillance de conception dans la salle de bains les distributeurs de savon et de shampooing sont très hauts sur le mur pour la douche et les gens qui utilisent la baignade ne peuvent les atteindre sans se tenir et n'ont pas de savon séparé.cette augmentation augmente le risque de glisser, cependant ce Un hôtel très bon, avec facile accès à la gare. Je pense que c'est maintenant le plus beau des Kew Green Holiday Inns à Norwich

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai dit cela au chap à la réception lors de la visite ce matin et on m'a dit que c'était un problème connu avec le bâtiment que les clients se plaignent souvent, même en hiver. Il a continué de dire que les chambres de premier rang et les chambres de premier rang ont mis des airconditionnaires portables et a suggéré que la prochaine fois, je réserve une de ces chambres. Pourquoi devrais-je payer plus pour être confortable quand il y a un problème connu avec la température des chambres?

Réservé ici pour un voyage au théâtre qui s'est révélé être à 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel parfait si le temps le permet. Les chambres sont propres avec un grand lit confortable. Le parking était gratuit avec beaucoup d'espaces. Nous sommes revenus après le théâtre à 10.45 pour être dit au bar sera fermé à 11 heures mais plus de personnes sont arrivés, de sorte que la dame à la réception continue de servir pendant la préparation du petit déjeuner le matin suivant. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais pas un buffet, mais un menu qui a été commandé.

La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Il a été très agréable, et il a pardonné, il m'a donné un verre de compliment du bar. Il est comme un service d'hôtel 4 étoiles dans un hôtel budget! Je reviendrai certainement à cet hôtel pour ce professionnalisme.
