La fenêtre ne serait même pas fermée, la chambre était absolument froide et c'est une sous-déclaration, c'était complètement inhygiénique J'ai pensé que je vais attraper une maladie juste à partir de l'entrée dans la chambre. J'ai été très heureux de voir que le service de la maison était très bien. L'hôtel propose également des personnes sans domicile qui ne vous disent pas. Pour aggraver la situation, la femme du bureau avant refusait de me rembourser en entrant dans la chambre. J'ai mis en évidence tous les risques pour la santé et m'a éteint de dire que le gestionnaire m'appelait demain. Je devais les chasser avec plusieurs appels avant même de parler au gestionnaire. Je n'ai pas encore refusé de rembourser et m'a dit que j'avais à essayer de trouver un via lastminute.com, qui m'a alors dit que l'hôtel devait me rembourser. Pour être honnête, je n'ai même pas été inquiet de recevoir l'argent de retour Je suis juste en colère qu'ils sont encore autorisés à être ouverts aux affaires en raison de l'état horrible réel de cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et le personnel est extrêmement serviable, le plus notable étant Ali qui était extrêmement attentionné et s'est assuré que tout ce dont nous avions besoin était disponible et à notre disposition pour appeler pendant le petit déjeuner. Je vous remercie pour votre hospitalité.

Was lucky to be the first to stay in one of the rooms in the new wing. Very clean and comfortable with all new furnishings and new 55 inch tv Unfortunately, I was only booked in for the one night; arrived late and left early. Overall a short but pleasant stay. Would book again in future if visiting Nottingham.

I visit this Premier Inn for one night almost every week. Most of the staff here are helpful during my check in, in the room allocation and for sorting out anything that’s not quite right. I have to especially mention Sylvia who is undoubtedly one of the best staff covering the reception desk that I have seen in hotels worldwide. She very quickly understands if you bring an issue to her and makes every effort to sort it out ASAP. When I’m checking in it is a pleasure to see her on the desk.

Set in lovely grounds this imposing building is full of history but like some many hotels of this age needs a big face lift. The only modernised area I came across was the toilets just off reception. The Main bar area with leather bound (not certain if faux?) and chesterfields is a lovely place in which to sit and relax with a drink. Looking up there is a balcony which is walked along to reach the bedrooms thereby offered a different perspective when looking down. I booked a king room with breakfast and asked if could have a nice view, and was told there were only a couple of rooms with poor views anyway so I need not worry?! Well the room we had number 14 had four small windows looking out on to the rear of the hotel. And the view included a heavily wooded area of wheelie bins - so much for the view; in hindsight we should have asked for another room. The first morning the breakfast was a 'help yourself' and all of the food was just warm - not hot. The coffee poured from a jug was also only warm. However on the second morning my full english was cooked to order and very tasty, but again the coffee was only warm. This was remedied when I asked a waitress if she would change it. The room was spacious though and the bed comfy, shower adequate and tea and coffee facilities acceptable. Staff were helpful and generally cheerful. Lastly it is no longer run by Best Western. A very interesting place to stay if visiting Nottingham and not too far to drive in to the town.
