Nous avons séjourné ici pour 1 nuit en Oaxaca. C'est une nouvelle propriété et il est agréable. La chambre était calme et confortable. Le bâtiment lui-même est propre - ils ont créé plusieurs jardins intérieurs pour que toutes les chambres disposent de fenêtres. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Les commentaires parlent de la jolieté de l'hôtel ...it, mais ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, donc définitivement vous en attendez, surtout si vous êtes utilisé pour les propriétés 5 étoiles. Nous avons écrit sur le transport aéroportuaire et ils ont écrit tout de suite pour nous le réunir. Puis, puisque nous supposions que les jardins étaient fermés le jour où nous allions y être, nous avons écrit pour demander un tour à Monte Alban. Pas de réponse. J'ai envoyé un suivi par courriel et n'ai pas reçu de réponse. Alors j'ai appelé. La personne avec laquelle j'ai parlé au téléphone m'a dit que quelqu'un me rappellerait. Je leur ai expliqué qu'ils pouvaient appeler ou simplement répondre à mon email. Personne ne m'a appelé ou écrit, donc je suis allé en avant et j'ai réservé un tour w/ un fournisseur que j'ai trouvé sur Trip Advisor. Le concierge nous a réservés un tour, mais il n'a pas été ennuyeux de nous dire. C'était si malheureux parce que 1) j'ai suivi littéralement deux fois pour essayer de trouver une réponse et 2) nous avons dû dire à la compagnie de voyage que nous n'étions pas disponibles, ce dont je me sentais vraiment mal. En tout cas, je suis désolé de vous écrire trop sur cette expérience, mais c'était frustrant et quelque chose qui aurait pu être évité avec une communication légèrement meilleure.

L'hôtel est simple, les petits chambres, mais si vous ne l'avez besoin que pour dormir, il est excellent, il est très bien situé et le service est excellent à la fois sur le bureau frontal et le personnel administratif, oubliez quelque chose dans la chambre et ils ont fait tout pour que l'objet oublié puisse arriver à mon état d'origine. Résolvez les problèmes comme un hôtel de luxe quand il est un hôtel bon marché

Our stay at Los Pilares was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again. The check in process was smooth and we were given plenty of information about the local area. The staff were always friendly and attentive. There was a lovely mini bottle of mezcal and Oaxacan chocolate on our bed when we arrived. We were in Room 8 which had no window, so there was a lack of natural light. The rooms downstairs are all centered around a seating area and the rooms upstairs are around the pool/bar area. We found our room to be quite noisy as you could hear people coming and going early or late. I can’t imagine any of the rooms could be particularly private/quiet based on the locations of them. Our room wasn’t very clean - we would get a shower and then walk around the room and our feet would be dirty, it definitely wasn’t mopped during our time. The air con was ok but not particularly powerful, it did the job for us. Again, the Wi-Fi was ok, not brilliant. The shower was ok, not brilliant - had to wait a while for it to get hot. The location is just outside of the centre on the edge of Jalatlaco which has some charming cafes and streets. It was about a 15 minute walk to most of the areas we wanted to visit in Oaxaca centre. The pool area was pleasant with a small pool and Jacuzzi and some comfy mattresses. There was also a bar and restaurant upstairs to purchase drinks or food. Overall I think I would choose somewhere more central with better facilities, the rooms felt a little outdated and could do with some TLC. Also worth noting!! There is a switch in the room that is the same as all light switches (and next to the light switches) that turns off all of the electricity for the whole room not just the lights!! This wasn’t explained to us so we woke up on the first morning wondering why nothing had charged overnight!

Il est un hôtel boutique magnifique à Oaxaca Centro, à 5 minutes à pied de la Plaza Santo Domingo et des meilleurs restaurants de Oaxaca City. Le personnel était si attentif et utile. Les chambres sont modernes et soigneusement conçues avec de beaux lits et équipements. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, qui est simple mais magnifique. Ils vous offrent un verre de bienvenue sur la terrasse du toit, qui est parfait pour un cocktail avant dîner ou un endroit confortable pour lire ou travailler à distance. Il faut noter que l'eau peut prendre un moment pour chauffer la douche, mais cela est commun pour Oaxaca.

L'hôtel Xinjiang, à dix minutes de marche de la vieille cathédrale et du jardin végétal, n'est pas très loin. Il y a un tour de voyage enregistré à l'hôtel, nous avons reçu 750 pesos par personne et nous avons transférés à 500 personnes le lendemain... Les fenêtres de la chambre ne peuvent pas être ouvertes, un peu de frigo peut ouvrir le climatisation. L'environnement de la chambre peut être pris en considération pour le niveau de Hanting dans le pays.
