Very clean, nice area, pool area was pretty nice, they have a towel shelf with clean towels. They are not serving breakfast still but muffins, pastries were provided. Coffee abs microwave foods were available. Beds were comfortable, rooms were cool. Nice place we will stay again.

This was an absolute nightmare. I arrived to Odessa on Thursday. It is now Saturday my room has yet to be cleaned, sheets changed. I have asked the front and I was told my room (102)would be clean. On top of the lack of cleaning services that are to be provided daily, there is BLOOD or some foreign substance on my pillows, and sheets. I had to go to Walmart to buy a blanket to lay over the top of my bed. This is absolutely unacceptable and very unsanitary. When I asked for the managers email, phone number, or another way I can contact him/her I was told I could not have that information. I am thankful I purchased my personal cleaning supplies otherwise who knows if the bathroom was cleaned prior to my arrival! As advertised on the booking website the room is supposed to have a mini-fridge and hairdryer (which is do not) so my food was spoiled because I didn’t have a proper way to store it. Overall it was a complete waste of money, when I came to the front desk about my complaint I was completely disregarded. Google needs to change this hotel rating to a 1-2 star this is outrageous. If you book here be prepared to clean your own room, ask for your own towels, and purchase your own sheets to ensure there are no substances left behind from the previous person. I stayed here 03/16-03/19/2023. The only positive outcome from this situation was Gabby the front desk clerk,she was very calm and understanding she also apologized (even though this was not her fault this is on housekeeping and management). After dealing with this nightmare I called the hotel back that following Wednesday. Not only did the manager not read the email I had sent that previous Sunday, but proceeded to ask if I asked for another room. I asked him why would I ask for another room, if the room I was in didn’t get clean in the first place and if certain rooms got cleaned. I also informed him that this is very unprofessional for one I was never issued an apology for the lack of cleaning service and for the inconvenience of the entire situation. I also told him it was insane that I had to call him three days later instead of him returned my phone call and or emailing me. This tells me that he would have never reaching out to me since I was no longer in Odessa. The conversation was so unpleasant, I told him multiple times I am not incompetent and will not stay there ever again. It is extremely sad that he said “I just want to know the situation so I can see if I need to talk to housekeeping” for one you never tell a customer that even if that is your intention. For two if a room does not get cleaned the entire time a guest is checked into that room, that is 100% an issue and should be dealt with immediately. I am not in the business of getting anyone in trouble or fired HOWEVER substances/blood being left behind is not only disgusting but extremely unsanitary. There are a number or STD’s, skin diseases, and rashes that can transmitted from unclean sheets. When you stay at a hotel you
