La chambre était très propre. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était grande. J'ai eu de la chance et j'ai une vue magnifique sur la fenêtre de la 6ème étage. Les lits et les coussins étaient confortables et les aveugles triples gardaient la chambre extrêmement sombre jusqu'au matin (pour ceux d'entre nous qui aiment dormir dans.) La seule plainte très mineure est que quelques lampes n'ont pas fonctionné, Il y a un peu de temps pour vous faire une belle idée de la maison. La piscine était fermée, quand nous sommes arrivés la nuit mais était ouverte le matin suivant. Pas de tube chaud. L'heure de check-out de 12:00 h a fait le salon de la matinée extra agréable. Le petit déjeuner est typique/satisfaisant (toast, bagels, yogurt et fruits, jus, lait et lait non lait, café et thé). La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. La location est magnifique, avec des tonnes de brasserie, restaurants, places de glace et des achats dans les blocs 1-2.

My husband and I stayed here just recently and we reported our room unclean and nothing was done about it, in fact, the housekeeper that came by to witness the room while we were still in the room lied about it by saying it wasn't dirty to a manager because she was obviously sticking up for her staff. We could not take a shower as the bathtub was dirty with long dark hair in the bottom of it. The furniture was dusty and carpet wasn't vacuumed. Also, the inside of the window sills were filthy and lastly we found some black stuff under our sheets in both beds. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and haven't had this issue before and we would never lie about it. Before we left we were told a manager would look at the room before they cleaned it and we found out the one in housekeeping looked at it again and lied to the manager again and the so called manager didn't bother inspecting the room. Terrible customer service here!

It's a pretty good location, walk to the old market area & 2 museums, although you pay $13 a night for parking. Should be better around there when Omaha finishes its construction - we didn't have any noise from it on the 4th floor. This is apparently a converted office building, with very high ceilings, very tall narrow window. Architecturally interesting, but the window let little light in during the day, and way too much light in at night, since the curtains did not close all the way. Minimal covering on the beds. Room was otherwise good, clean, enough lamps. There is a coffee maker & fridge, which you will need if you don't want to spend $$$ on a breakfast (not included) in their ”bistro.” Staff was pleasant & helpful.

Nous étions en ville pour une visite de médecins et choisis de rester dans cette zone, car c'était près de la 72e rue. Nous n'avons pas été dans cette zone depuis des années et nous avons trouvé qu'il était un grand endroit pour rester. Notre chambre était propre, bien décorée et très spacieuse. Notre lit royal était très confortable. Le lit du canapé est comme tous les lits du canapé et pas très confortable. Il serait différent de rester là encore quand nous avons plus de temps pour vérifier le village.

If you're looking for a clean room, at a great price, a place your can leave your car during a trip to avoid airport parking and an airport shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up when you return, this is your place. This is not the high-end fancy hotel experience but I don't want to pay high end prices when I'm going to check in late and be leaving at 4:15am. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they provided a bag breakfast for those early flights, something to consider adding. Other than that, it was just what I needed

Il s'agit d'un hôtel propre et confortable. Les chambres offrent un réfrigérateur complet, une lave-vaisselle à micro-ondes et un ustensile. Très spacieux! Salle de séjour et zone de chambre. Petit déjeuner avait de la nourriture chaude, des fruits et des jus. Le personnel était utile et poli. La piscine était jolie. Il y avait beaucoup d'enfants, mais ça va.
