Avis : TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Southwest Near Universal

C'était vraiment mauvais. Nous sommes arrivés avec deux jours de retard à cause de l'annulation d'un vol. Quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, on nous a dit que parce que nous n'avions pas contacté l'hôtel, ma réservation avait été annulée et que je devais en faire une autre. L'attitude du personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas bonne, alors j'ai fini par réserver un autre hôtel. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Bon service, mais ils m'ont facturé plus que la valeur de la réservation effectuée par TRIP (je n'inclus pas dans le tarif les 2 jours supplémentaires que j'ai payés en plus). La réservation TRIP était de 895,52 USD et ils m'ont facturé 1 140,78 USD.

Breakfast was like hell everyday fighting for non existent food, lack of / zero refills, we were there for 3 days, 2 of them they ran out of yogurt and fruits (no refills whosoever), asked the staff and they just said ran out / no more, they weren’t very friendly either! We went before 8am and they’re not supposed to be finished until 9am! The milk machines never worked, just a waste of space!

Hotel has its own property. Room is big with a kitchen cabinet beside the room. It has microwave, dishwasher and cutleries. It’s a cozy room. We like it a lot. On level 2 there are coin operated washing machines and dryers. Can buy detergent beside the reception counter at level 1. Lobby has free flow water, coffee and tea. Good for those who love shopping. Premium factory outlet is just across the road. If going to Theme parks, is about 30 mins away by Uber or Lyft. Breakfast is ok. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

Hotel is amazing, clean, and well equipped for a family vacation. The only problem is that they charge like $26 dollars per night for overnight parking at the hotel premises, which I think it should be part of the room package like every other hotel. So you think you are saving some money on the reservation, but you are not.

Good location for shoppers, food in hotel is very nice.

Front desk staff are super. The breakfast is very well stocked. The housekeeping staff are efficient

It's close to two outlets (walking distance). There are some restaurants nearby. I tried Texas de Brazil at night. It's good. The hotel is new and clean. It's equipped with a kitchenette. Induction cooker, cutlery, mixing bowls, microwave oven, etc., those basic cooking tools are present. You can do some basic cooking there. I enjoyed my stay.
