We opted for this hotel as plan b as the family hotel for the wedding was booked. Location for this hotel is prime in the chic district for small restaurants and fancy shopping. Check in was a breeze, and we were escorted to our room after a thorough tour of the small yet very well appointed facilities. The room was #7, and it was perfect. Great AC and shower … large tv with cable. We were served out morning cappuccinos spotlessly, and the restaurant freshens and quality was superb. Cold champagne bottles and elegant service. Beautiful bar area a terrace too. Did not visit the rooftop pool area. Elevator was damaged and fixed immediately..!!!! Damaris and Danny were outstanding in solving private transportation logistics to our group, as well as last minute large group reservations for fine dinning. This hotel was a great surprise. Would return to this hotel as frequently as possible.

Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Ca’n Cirera pour une nuit pendant la visite de Palma. L'hôtel est dans la position idéale pour la visite avec la cathédrale pratiquement à côté de la porte! Vous n'êtes pas loin des bars et restaurants fantastiques et la plupart des principales vues que la ville doit offrir. Les chambres sont confortablement équipées de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et il y a aussi un petit café dans le jardin intérieur qui est son oasis de calme et un beau lieu de café. Mais l'étoile de toute l'expérience était le gestionnaire de l'hôtel Mariana.

We had such a good time staying at Ocho Suites & Kitchen!! The deluxe suite was super spacious with two bathrooms and all the equipment you need for a great holiday. Loved the design interior, the pink and blue tiles on the bathroom and the gold details throughout the apartment. The location is also perfect as you find restaurants, cafes, shopping and the beach right outside the front door. Also a big thanks to Javier - he is a fantastic host! (And don't forget to check out the beautiful rooftop!)

La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable, la literie est d'excellente qualité. Le service est irréprochable et le personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table, copieux et délicieux. On vous le conseille vivement et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Arrivés passablement énervés du fait d’un taxi (licence 414) qui nous a déposé à 300m de l’hôtel avec nos 40kg de bagages, l’accueil compréhensif de la réception nous a remis sur le chemin de la zen attitude. Et cela s’est confirmé tout au long du séjour; le moindre désir est immédiatement exhaussé. Chambre spacieuse, literie de première qualité, petit déjeuner où rien ne manque,il suffit de demander. Délicate attention de la direction qui a déposé un cava et deux flûtes dans la chambre le jour de notre anniversaire. Ajouter à cela un espace spa où nous avons largement profité des massages de grande qualité de Mariana. La cuisine du restaurant de l’hotel, le beatnik, est originale, bien préparée et d’un très bon rapport qualité prix . L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour découvrir le cœur historique de Palma. Encore tous nos remerciements au personnel.

L'hôtel est composé de deux bâtiments reliés par un restaurant au deuxième étage. Le meilleur service que j'aie jamais connu lors de mon voyage en Espagne ! Cela nous a beaucoup aidé. Les deux filles sont super patientes et enthousiastes et ont résolu beaucoup de nos problèmes. Ils ne se soucient pas de notre mauvaise langue. Remerciez-les beaucoup.

I’ve just completed a 3-night stay at Can Cera and had a positively wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. I’d like to praise five members of staff - Benjamin, Francisco, Jose, Julia, and Sophia. They personify grace, hospitality, and warmth. I truly felt at home and thought that they genuinely cared about me not just as a guest, but as a person. The room was both cozy and spacious. The breakfast spread was generous and the facilities immaculate. The hotel is located just minutes from Palma’s most iconic sites and near a variety of cafes, markets, and restaurants. I can’t wait until my next visit!
