L'hôtel dispose d'une belle entrée et le personnel est très amiable. La chambre que nous avons séjournée au troisième niveau était propre et spacieuse, et dispose d'une fenêtre qui peut être ouverte. Il y a un mini-frigo qui a refroidi parfaitement nos affaires. Il y a une table où vous pouvez vous asseoir, manger et boire. Il y a aussi une bouteille d'eau et un café et des sacs de thé. Un joli dessin sur le mur au-dessus des lits. Les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain est grande, aussi. Il dispose d'une porte de glissière et d'une douche avec valve thermostat. Il y a un parking en dessous de l'hôtel ($), et vous pouvez également garer votre voiture gratuitement devant l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un séjour parfait pour 2 nuits et nous aimons revenir une fois de plus. Le centre ville est à environ 20 minutes à pied de l'hôtel.

The hotel was in such a derelict site if this was in Australia they would not have been allowed to trade. The rooms had bad air conditioning that was faulty, the showers had water that dribbled and didn't even allow you to shampoo your fair but worst of all was the hotel itself. it was a building construction site. The main entrance was not open and you entered where there was scaffolding construction and a back trades entrance. There was no food at the hotel, no restaurant, and the entire building had wires hanging down everywhere. The floor was uneven and a match-up of concrete and timber was placed over whatever was underneath this. Construction noise went on all day and there was nowhere to escape this. we stayed at the hotel during a conference and there was nowhere else for us to go and we felt like prisoners being forced to stay at this hotel. We spoke to management who didn't care and just shrugged. We asked Expedia to help and they complained and the hotel refused to refund. The only thing they did was give us a terrible breakfast delivered by a delivery driver on one morning that was inedible. Still, now we are fighting for compensation for the unsafe conditions and poor management. When we tried to take photos to have evidence to show Expedia then there were staff available that were not there before, telling us not to take photos as that is a breach of their privacy. We have booked for the conference again next year but warn everyone if you stay at this hotel not only is it bad or non-existent service but the manager really couldn't care less and the owners of the hotel who the manager always referred to did nothing. I hope they like the negative feedback. The hotel and the guests were the joke of the conference. There was no warning that the hotel was under construction and they never should have accepted bookings when the hotel was not safe to stay at, there was no food on sight. In fact the only comment on the website was that the hotel restaurant was not taking bookings until after 15 May. Surely simple english would have been there are no dining facilities nor any room service at this hotel. They also should have advised of renovations and construction and then we could have looked at another option prior to arriving. Everyone complained and the hotel staff didnt do anything at all. In fact I thought they were joking when I checked out and the comment the staff member said with a smile? was did you enjoy your stay? I thought this was their way of being humorous but unfortunately I think they were serious. Enjoy our stay I dont think so who could ever. totally unconscionable behaviour by management at the hotel. They dont care.

Nous y sommes allée deux fois. Premier séjour en janvier avec groupon. Chambre au dernier étage avec un angle de vue magnifique. Lit queen size, Malgré que l'o' à pensé que c'était un king size car très grand. Petit dej et parking gratuit Propreté impeccable. Le hic, le chauffage. O' en sais pas vraiment comment il fonctionne ! Deuxième fois Réservé avec booking. Le parking gratuit était mentionné dans l'offre. A notre arrivé, ils nous ont spécifié que non. A force d'insister, ils ont fini par nous laisser prendre place dans le parking gratuitement. Chambre dans les étages. Plus petite. Et u'e vue tout autre... Nous n'avons toujours pas compris pourquoi une telle différence car l'intitulé des deux offres étaient identiques. Peut être avons nous été surclasser la première fois !?! Je recommande tous de même mais tous dépendra du tarif de la nuité car pour un prix identique nous n'avons pas eu la même chose

Just good. The rooms were small without wardrobes. Breakfast very good. The interior decoration of the hotel is amazing. A big advantage is that it is almost next to the central station. To go to the center you need a bus. On foot it is about 20-30 minutes

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

Un voyage dans le temps unique, nous avons passé un merveilleux moment sur le SS. Le soleil et la douceur étaient de la partie, le bateau est tel qu'on l'imaginait et même mieux que sur les photos ! La visite guidée avec le capitaine incroyable et instructive, Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner parfaits ! Boire un petit verre au bord de la piscine, sur la proue, face à un paysage majestueux façon ”manhatan”, simplement TOP ! La chambre hors du temps, confortable, chaleureuse et pittoresque (avec 2 hublots) ! Le soir, nous sommes allés danser à la discothèque ”vintage” du bateau, géniaaalll !!! Seul petit bémol, pas une seule personne ne parle le français dans le personnel (ou à peine), c'est très dommage, par contre, il maitrisent l'allemand et l'anglais...Cependant, ils sont très sympathiques ! Bref, je conseille VIVEMENT le SS à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience insolite !! et que dire de rotterdam?? on reviendra c'est sûr ! Mylène et christophe.

Personnel très sympathique et extrêmement serviable. J'ai voyagé avec le chien et cet hôtel permet aux chiens de rester. M'a même offert un beau cadeau pour mon chien. L'emplacement est également parfait. Recommandez cet hôtel!

Plus: Joli hôtel facile d'accès par rapport à la gare, environ 15 minutes à pied. Et très bien implanté car dans le centre de Rotterdam mais calme. Joli chambre à la déco très contemporaine et chaleureuse. Nous avons été surclassé de standard à confort et à l'avant dernier étage: belle vue en hauteur sur une partie de la ville mais pas la plus belle. Service à bagage gratuit. J'y retournerai. Moins: Accueil froid des jeunes réceptionnistes . Climatisation pas réglable (un peu trop chaud). Nombreuses trainées sur les murs de la chambre, il manque un bon coup de peinture. Mini réfrigérateur bancal. Pas de petit déjeuné, juste une sorte de magasin libre service.

Très central. En plein centre à côté de la mairie, mais la chambre était bien isolée / aucun bruit de l'extérieur. La ”chambre de base” est également très soignée, équipée de façon moderne, de bons lits, plusieurs oreillers. Petit déjeuner correct mais très standard. Le café est délicieux.

La dame à la réception, une femme noire, son apparence était professionnelle et sèche. Très différent de ce à quoi je suis habitué. Bien que j'indique que je souhaiterais une chambre au calme à cause de ma copine, elle apprécie le calme et l'intimité, la réceptionniste m'a donné une chambre près de l'ascenseur, la chambre 409. Quel est l'intérêt de la réservation en ligne à l'avance ?
