This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

Mon séjour au CitiGO Hotel Beijing Sanyuanqiao a vraiment dépassé toutes mes attentes ! Je dois commencer par saluer son emplacement idéal : il est juste à côté de la ligne 10 du métro et du train express pour l'aéroport. La station de métro Sanyuanqiao (sortie D) n'est qu'à deux ou trois minutes à pied, ce qui rend l'accès à l'aéroport international de Pékin-Capitale ou aux principaux quartiers d'affaires comme Guomao et Sanlitun extrêmement pratique. Le design avant-gardiste de l'hôtel est un vrai coup de cœur. Le mur de vélos rouges et la sculpture de lapin bleu dans le hall dégagent une atmosphère artistique, parfaite pour prendre des photos. Bien que les chambres soient compactes, elles sont bien agencées. La vue panoramique est magnifique, et le matelas en latex thaïlandais ainsi que les équipements de douche Grohe ont effacé toute ma fatigue. Le contrôle intelligent de la température via smartphone ajoute une touche de technologie. Ce qui m'a le plus touché, ce sont les détails du service. La réception est chaleureuse et efficace, et les robots de livraison ont grandement simplifié les choses. Après 22h, il y a même un service de collation nocturne gratuit, avec des petits pains vapeurs fumants qui sont un véritable salut pour ceux qui travaillent tard ! L'hôtel est globalement très propre, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Pékin, je choisirai cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Le service est chaleureux et attentionné, l'endroit est propre et idéalement situé. En bas de l'hôtel, on trouve une rue piétonne, ce qui rend les repas et les déplacements très pratiques. J'ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire, et chaque jour à mon retour, la chambre était impeccablement nettoyée. L'hôtel est très proche de la Place Tiananmen et de la Cité Interdite, à seulement deux ou trois arrêts de métro. J'ai été agréablement surpris d'avoir choisi cet hôtel, et la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Pékin, je séjournerai à nouveau ici.

J'avais réservé cet hôtel car il était proche du Centre d'Exposition où se déroulait le concours de mon fils. En fait, ce n'était pas si proche que ça, il fallait 20 minutes en voiture, mais comme j'avais une voiture de location, la distance n'était pas un problème. Les hôtels Cordis semblent toujours être à côté des aéroports, il y en a un aussi près de Hongqiao. Ils ciblent principalement les voyageurs en transit. Il y a une navette toutes les 20 minutes vers le Terminal 3. En réalité, même sans prendre la navette, on peut y aller à pied en 10 minutes par un chemin dédié au Cordis, ce qui est très pratique. Les installations de la chambre étaient ordinaires. Le premier jour, seules 3 chaînes de télévision fonctionnaient, mais cela a apparemment été réparé le lendemain. La climatisation n'a fonctionné qu'à partir du deuxième jour. Heureusement, la température pendant le pont du 1er mai n'était pas assez élevée pour empêcher de dormir sans climatisation. La piscine de l'hôtel était cependant très bien, avec un bassin d'eau chaude et un sauna. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il fallait informer la réception du numéro d'immatriculation du véhicule à chaque sortie du parking, ce qui était un peu fastidieux.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement adaptées aux familles. Les installations sont sûres et bien pensées, et les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés. Le service est personnalisé, les environs offrent toutes les commodités et l'emplacement est idéal pour les déplacements, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour des vacances en famille.

L'établissement est très bien géré et le cadre est agréable ! Mon expérience de séjour a été formidable ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception m'a accueilli chaleureusement, et l'enregistrement s'est déroulé rapidement et de manière attentionnée. La chambre était impeccable et douillette, la literie douce et confortable, et j'ai dormi comme un bébé. Le petit-déjeuner proposait un large choix, avec des plats chinois et occidentaux, et des ingrédients frais. Les transports et les restaurants à proximité sont très pratiques. Pour mon prochain séjour, cet hôtel sera sans aucun doute mon premier choix !

Pour notre séjour à Pékin avec les enfants, la réservation via Ctrip a été très simple. L'hôtel est idéalement situé et facile à trouver, avec un parking pratique et la station de métro Huangqu à proximité. L'établissement est d'un bon standing et les tarifs sont tout à fait acceptables. Le service à la réception a été excellent dès notre arrivée, et la chambre était également très bien. Bravo ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'Hôtel Lianjie la prochaine fois.

Voyageant du 4 au 8 août 2024, séjournant à Tianxi. Ça fait du bien. 1. Transport. Tout d'abord, il est recommandé à l'hôtel de modifier l'introduction de l'emplacement sur Ctrip. Le port A de Jintai Xizhao est plus proche, mais l'introduction est le port D. La distance entre l'entrée du métro et l'hôtel est parfaite et il faut au maximum 2 minutes pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Il est très pratique de prendre un taxi ou un métro. De plus, de nombreuses anciennes lignes à Pékin ne disposent pas d'escaliers mécaniques bidirectionnels, mais la ligne 10 Jintai Xizhao en possède. Il n'y a aucun problème avec la valise. 2. Restauration. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel était super. Les enfants attendent avec impatience le petit-déjeuner tous les jours. En même temps, l'hôtel est adjacent au centre commercial Fortune. Le deuxième étage de l'hôtel a un accès direct au centre commercial, donc manger n'est pas très pratique. Thé vert, cuisine du Yunnan et cuisine de Pékin ; il y a aussi Heytea, Naixue et la boulangerie de célébrités Internet Yuanmai Shanshan au premier étage. Il y a aussi Burger King, Starbucks, etc. Le centre commercial est littéralement la cuisine privée de l'hôtel. 3. La chambre est très bien, spacieuse et offre une belle vue. Vous pouvez voir le bâtiment CCTV. 4. De nombreuses personnes voyagent pour affaires. Mais je pense qu’il est approprié de voyager en personne. C'est plus calme que les endroits encombrés du deuxième périphérique.
