Our visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B. The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake. The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle. What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Loisium. Tout le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus. Le spa était incroyable avec sa piscine extérieure chauffée, ses deux saunas (à des températures différentes) et son hammam. La cuisine était fabuleuse, tous les produits étaient locaux et le vin était exceptionnel ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent faire une halte lors de leur voyage de retour au Royaume-Uni, car il se situe à environ 3 heures de l'Eurotunnel.

Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

C'était une pièce très propre et bien aménagée. Le personnel était également très serviable. L'emplacement était également très pratique.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare et des principaux sites touristiques. Le bâtiment, ancien et élégant, est magnifique. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, ce qui était un peu bruyant car la rue est animée. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été excellent. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons pris deux petits-déjeuners à l'hôtel ; le choix était copieux, le café un peu particulier, mais les autres options étaient excellentes. Le jus d'orange était fraîchement pressé. Nous recommandons cet hôtel ! Merci !

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville et il est facile de trouver . Le spa n'appartient pas à l'hôtel, mais est situé dans la même maison et à 14 h, de sorte que nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser. Réception si gentille et professionnelle rapide. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le petit déjeuner parce que vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner en France à proximité du coin du café de rue. Il y a un parking inutile pour nous parce que nous sommes arrivés. Mais la réception de l'hôtel nous a permis de trouver un autre. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons très bien dormi l'air conditionné était également bien réglé.
