Hôtels à Mexico avec parking

L'une des mêmes questions que toute la marque Holidayyinn est que la gestion de l'hôtel a un grand espace de promotion. Lorsque la chambre est nettoyée chaque jour, il y aura des gens qui viennent à plusieurs reprises pour demander s'il y a une chambre nettoyée, ce qui est très mauvais de gestion. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit plus riche au centre-ville, le transport est très confortable et le voyage quotidien est pratique. Il est également plus sûr de marcher à proximité avec un repas confortable.

Très bon endroit pour accueillir ; propre, ordonné, confortable, facile à accès et avec un personnel très gentil, je reviendrai certainement. :)

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Le personnel est amical et aide. Suggérer d'ajouter une chaudière d'eau électrique pour chaque chambre. Il est préférable de maintenir le prix de la chambre stable les jours et week-ends.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Bon hôtel dans une grande localisation en Mexico City. J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner complémentaire. Toiles propres chaque jour. Seul le bas est que les murs sont un peu minces, il peut être conseillé de porter des oreilles comme vous pouvez entendre vos voisins

J'ai fini de payer à l'avance avec l'application, mais je dis que je ne pouvais pas le confirmer, donc je lui ai demandé de payer encore, donc il a même confirmé le numéro de réservation stocké sur son téléphone portable et le contenu du paiement, mais il a dit qu'il ne savait pas. Après un long temps, je ne m'excuse pas de confirmer qu'il s'agissait d'une application trip.com, mais la chambre était aussi brisée. La chambre était propre et les installations étaient bonnes, mais la condition n'était pas bonne, donc je mets la température du climatiseur et je me suis couché, mais quelqu'un a forcé la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Les intrus étaient des agents et ils disaient qu'ils venaient vérifier parce que la température de la chambre était étrange. Le service de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Il a été moins service que une chambre de 30,000 gagnants en Asie du Sud-Est.

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

L'hôtel est situé à 3 étoiles, à environ 2 km de la ville de Mexico, à environ 2 km de la ville de Mexico, à environ 2 km de la ville de Guatemala. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la chaise est spacieuse et les salles de bain sont propres. Tous les membres du personnel sont amis. Notre chambre était un peu bruyante entre les étages, donc il était un peu inconfortable au milieu de la nuit, mais il n'était pas très annoncé. Il était si malheureux qu'il n'y avait pas de pot de café. Je voulais boire trop de café, donc je suis allé au restaurant au premier étage et j'ai eu de l'eau chaude et bu. La qualité du lit est également très bonne. Il est généralement un endroit très satisfaisant. Il est recommandé pour les personnes qui veulent un centre-ville tranquille autre que le centre touristique de la ville

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .
