Si vous voulez vous familiariser avec l'expérience de vivre dans l'une des nombreuses belles maisons de Rome Norte, Nima est un non-braineur.

The location was great, but a bit over priced for the quality! We wanted to do an early check in at 7:30 am, but the charge was over $500 dollars, ridiculous to me. So we just left our luggage with the concierge . The next day we called the spa for a couples massage and for 50 minutes it was $5300 pesos each, which is a little over $300 dollars each. Not even in a 5 star in Las Vegas! Ridiculous for just a message. We also paid for the breakfast to be included in our stay, not great! Would not recommend to include it, go elsewhere for breakfast.

This hotel is situated in the Coyoacán Centro area. What a great area for so many reasons, coffee shops, restaurants and small cafes. This hotel, tho, is all you really need. Very beautiful, with high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our suite was gorgeous and well appointed. We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast menu but it looked very tasty. I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation !

The Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise.

Excellent experience ! Le centre de la ville de Mexico est très bien situé, et vous avez une vue très belle sur la ville de Mexico. Nous avons été entourés de l'hôtel pour 2 nuits et nous reviendrons si nous revisons la ville du Mexique. Je suis devenu un fan de Ritz Carlton maintenant.

L'hôtel est très situé, à pied de nombreux restaurants et activités de visite. Le petit déjeuner était très varié. Cependant le personnel n'était pas très aimable et très rude le dernier jour du check-out. Nous avons pris cette note avec le personnel de réception et ils ont ensuite envoyé un courriel pour s'excuser.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Friendly staff and clean, minimalist rooms. Lots of street noise in those apartments that face it. Some minor inconveniences with access codes and door locks not working, but there was always someone around to cheerfully sort things out.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.
