Hôtels 5 étoiles à Mexico

The Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise.

非常不推薦！ 1、房間設計有明顯問題，全玻璃的陽台和門，隔音非常差！我這次住47樓，道路交通聲非常響。 衞生間更別提了，地面但凡有點水，異常滑！淋浴間前不能鋪毛巾或地滑，因為會關不上門。而且淋浴門不能完全合上。 2、服務員按門鈴不超過15秒就直接自己開門進入，最誇張的一次早上八點來打掃房間，還沒等我們反應過來，她已經進門了。 3、唯一值得稱讚的就是Concierge，服務到位熱情。

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

My experience was very good. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were nice and everything worked properly. The location is great and easy to access. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Environnement: L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, l'environnement est complet et le transport est également très pratique! Service: Le service de l'hôtel est enthousiasmé et attentif! Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait! Vous continuerez à envisager de séjourner!

La chambre est très grande et très belle, pour la place des anges indépendants. Le petit déjeuner est très riche, vous pouvez manger et le service est particulièrement bon. Il y a un magasin 711 confortable à côté. Il y a un restaurant chinois à l'autre côté de la route, très pratique.

Security didn't speak English at all. It was hard to communicate for lack of amenity or something. The response to the amenities was also a bit slow.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Pro: location, même si vous entendrez le bruit de la rue; généralement propre, mais dans ma chambre il y avait de grosses peintures sur le mur près de AC Con: les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la façon dont la chambre ressemble; tout est obsolète et porté
