Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement ! La chambre était impeccable et semblait neuve. Les draps et les serviettes étaient frais et parfaitement propres. La chambre était bien équipée avec une machine à café, un réfrigérateur et même un défroisseur vapeur, ce qui était très appréciable. Les deux grands lits étaient très confortables. La salle de bain était également bien pourvue avec tous les produits de première nécessité : sèche-cheveux, shampoing, gel douche, après-shampoing et lait corporel. Les installations sont également excellentes. La salle de sport et la piscine étaient toutes deux très propres et bien entretenues. Je tiens également à souligner l'excellent service du personnel : ils étaient incroyablement polis et serviables, et nous ont même aidés avec nos bagages. L'emplacement est idéal pour le shopping et les restaurants, car l'hôtel est juste à côté d'un immense centre commercial avec de nombreux magasins et cafés. L'accès à l'aéroport était également très pratique, en seulement 10 à 15 minutes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Nous avons voyagé avec deux enfants ; une suite à deux chambres était donc l'option la plus judicieuse. Cet hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du MOA. Il y avait un 11/7 et des restaurants à proximité. Le centre commercial Alyala est également accessible à pied. Il y avait une grande piscine et d'autres installations, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter. Le personnel de la réception était serviable et courtois. Quant au prix, il était raisonnable (la plupart des hôtels de Manille étaient trop chers à mon avis). Seuls deux petits problèmes : la pression de l'eau et le personnel d'entretien qui a sonné à la porte à 9 h 30, ce qui était beaucoup trop tôt pour des personnes en vacances.

Nous avons passé la veille de notre vol dans une chambre supérieure (avec vue sur la cour) avec deux lits et petit-déjeuner inclus. La chambre 347 était conforme à nos attentes. Le personnel répond rapidement à toutes les questions lorsqu'on s'adresse directement à lui. Grande chaîne d'hôtels, j'ai séjourné dans 2 hôtels à Manille Celui-ci est plus idéalement situé, à distance de marche du centre commercial Asia Mall et très proche de l'aéroport, la chambre est propre, sûre, adaptée pour quelques nuits à Manille Parmi les inconvénients, le prix est définitivement trop élevé, sinon tout est super, le personnel, Internet, tout est à la hauteur

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

La chambre est un condo typique d'une chambre pouvant accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes. L'emplacement est très agréable car il se trouve en étage élevé (16ème étage). C'est propre et l'intérieur est agréable. La vue est vraiment magnifique surtout le matin. Vous pouvez cuisiner dans la chambre et je vous suggère d'apporter votre propre eau à boire car ils n'ont pas de distributeur d'eau. Ils nous ont offert un café gratuit et 2 bouteilles d'eau. La piscine n'est pas disponible le lundi car c'est le moment du nettoyage prévu. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour est vraiment merveilleux

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
