Hôtels à Lisbonne avec parking

The hotel was perfect except I was assigned to a room right underneath the restaurant and may be nearby to the hotel’s housekeeping room. It was so much noise from 6am till 11pm every night. I stayed there for 4 nights and did not have good sleep at all. Avoid room 310.

We had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that’s perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome. Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à Lisbonne. C'était ma première fois dans cette magnifique ville portugaise. L'hôtel était très bien situé, à proximité de tous les commerces et du métro. La propreté était irréprochable ; tout était impeccable. La salle de bain et la chambre étaient très bien entretenues et confortables. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient très confortables. La baignoire était parfaite pour se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner était complet, avec des œufs, des légumes, des fruits, de la charcuterie et des viennoiseries. Tout était délicieux.

Once i was checked into the room in the evening, everything was lovely and spotless. No complaints. However, prior to that was disappointing. I came directly from the airport after a red eye from NY landed me in Lisbon in the early morning (5am). I was told I could leave my luggage in the Hotel’s lockup for the day (prior to check in) and found there was neither a lobby I was allowed to wait in, nor a bathroom i was allowed to use to freshen up or relieve myself before setting out on a day tour of Lisbon at 9am. The overnight receptionist was at best unfriendly and at worst downright rude… even refusing my offer to pay for a whole additional day just so I could get 2 hours of use in any room available, (mainly just to use the bathroom and take a power nap). He lied and said there was no rooms available (despite this website still showing vacancies the night before). Really unprofessional. I don’t want to deduct stars from this review for just this one bad apple though, because I must say the other two (morning and afternoon) receptionists were absolutely wonderful and made every effort to be both welcoming and accommodating to my basic needs. That overnight guy should take a lesson in manners and hotel hospitality from either one of them.

C'est un hôtel très économique à Lisbonne. C'est le choix le meilleur et le plus pratique pour les voyages en famille. Il dispose d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière à induction, de casseroles et de poêles et même de verres à vin rouge. La décoration de l'hôtel est de très grande qualité, et chaque serveur est enthousiaste. Un beau mec à la réception a même partagé avec nous les snacks qu'il avait achetés, ce qui faisait vraiment chaud au cœur ! Je reste ici avec ma famille chaque année.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel , bon emplacement juste sur la ligne du métro de l’aéroport très pratique. Je recommande cet hôtel . Et propreté impeccable.

O nosso hotel de eleição em Lisboa. Bem localizado (perto de Campolide e Sete Rios), staff do FO muito bom, restaurante bastante agradável e camas super confortáveis, tanto na suíte como em quartos normais. Foi aqui que o nosso filho aprendeu a andar em 2024 e onde iremos sempre voltar quando estivermos em Lisboa.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du parc Eduardo VII et non loin du centre-ville. Il dispose d'installations moyennes avec un service du personnel douteux, en particulier en ce qui concerne les employés de la réception. Dans tous les cas, un hôtel 3 étoiles assez standard qui accepte les enfants dans la même chambre que les parents - ce qui rend l'hôtel adapté aux familles. La recherche d'une planche à repasser sur un séjour de 3 nuits a été un inconvénient, aucun fer à repasser disponible, ce qui était très décevant. La réception a toujours déclaré qu'elle livrerait le lendemain matin, n'est jamais venue et a été répétée - a eu la même réponse de 2 ou 3 employés de la réception différents. D'un autre côté, le petit-déjeuner et la piscine sont bons pour le prix. Recommandé pour les courts séjours uniquement.

Emplacement : à 6 stations de métro du centre-ville. La station est à 300 m, ce qui est assez proche. Le parking est à 12 € par jour, entrées et sorties illimitées. Super ! Nous avons réservé une suite exécutive, qui est immense. Le seul reproche concerne la salle de bain : 1. Le designer devrait être viré. 2. Le robinet du bidet, le nettoyeur de cul, est incliné vers le bas, alors qu'il s'agit en fait du même robinet que celui utilisé pour se laver les mains… Qui a un cul qui tourne vers l'extérieur ? 3. La baignoire est haute, en pente et super glissante. Heureusement qu'il y a une poignée ! Je me demande si quelqu'un est tombé et s'est blessé dans la baignoire. 4. La baignoire est équipée d'un verre transparent face au lit, et les rideaux sont à l'extérieur. Si vous avez un partenaire sexy, ce serait un bon design, pour les familles… Hmm. 5. Le lavabo est trop haut, mauvais produit. Veuillez virer le designer de la salle de bain.
