Hôtel spa à Lisbonne

Amazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

L'un de mes hôtels préférés à Lisbonne est très similaire dans son style à l'hôtel Burj Al Arab de Dubaï, mais le prix n'est qu'un sixième, voire un septième de celui du Burj Al Arab. Être dans la pièce, c'était comme si j'étais sur un bateau 🚢. Le restaurant au premier étage de l'hôtel est également super, on a l'impression d'être sur la terrasse. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 11h et on m'a remis la clé directement lorsque la chambre était disponible. Il y a un téléphérique touristique devant l'hôtel. Il coûte 9 euros pour un aller-retour et offre une belle vue. Il y a de nombreux restaurants le long de la rivière devant l'hôtel, il y a un centre commercial et une gare à proximité, et il se trouve à seulement quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport international de Lisbonne. Je dois vous rappeler que si vous voyagez avec beaucoup de monde et avez beaucoup de bagages, il est préférable de donner un pourboire au chasseur lors du transport de vos bagages à l'hôtel, afin qu'après votre enregistrement, les bagages soient livrés. directement dans la chambre. Sinon, vous devrez peut-être pousser vos bagages et prendre l'ascenseur à l'étage. Si vous n'avez qu'un ou deux bagages, cela n'a pas d'importance. Vous pouvez simplement les monter à l'étage après l'enregistrement.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

Hôtel formidable où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Son emplacement est très pratique, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. De plus, il est tout près des principales attractions touristiques. Le personnel est très accueillant et je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

Très bel hôtel, il y a rien à dire. L’emplacement est vraiment le plus gros point fort . Le restaurant est très bon, le staff est très gentil . Le seul bémol que j’ai pu rencontrer est que : les rideaux automatiques ne fonctionnaient pas correctement et nos tuez pas donc la lumière pendant la nuit . La porte de la salle de bain n’était pas paramédic et donc l’eau se retrouver parterre assez facilement.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa et enthousiaste; le petit-déjeuner est bon 👍🏻 Bien que un peu loin de la ville, Lisbonne est très bien avec Uber, donc le bain est trop préoccupé par la situation, plus le bébé est proche du palais présidentiel de Berenta. La chambre est très belle et la prochaine fois à Lisbonne sera retournée.
