La pire expérience de ma vie dans un hôtel. J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour 3 jours et 2 nuits. Le séjour du premier jour est excellent. Aucun problème du tout. Le service est bon. Le deuxième jour jusqu'au départ est le pire. Le refroidissement de la climatisation le deuxième jour commençait à faire chaud. Nous sommes sortis de l'hôtel dans l'après-midi et sommes revenus le soir. À notre grande surprise, la climatisation ne fonctionne plus du tout. Il contient un message d'erreur FO. Je ne suis pas technique mais pour expliquer simplement, cela doit être réparé par un technicien. Comme nous sommes rentrés le soir, j'ai essayé de contacter le gardien des lieux mais je comprends qu'il ne pouvait plus répondre car il faisait déjà nuit. La seule chose que j'ai faite a été d'ouvrir les fenêtres car il n'y avait plus de ventilation à l'intérieur. Il faisait encore chaud et nous étions tous couverts de sueur. Je n’ai pas non plus pu dormir de la nuit car toutes les 30 minutes, un avion passe et c’est très bruyant depuis que nous avons ouvert nos fenêtres. Je suis très déçu car c'était censé être ma dernière nuit ici à Pasay avant de rentrer chez moi. Maintenant, je suis sur le point de rentrer chez moi sans dormir du tout.

Bon emplacement. C'est pratique pour aller au Mall of Asia. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants autour de ces bâtiments. La décoration de la chambre est bonne. Le lit est moelleux et de qualité. Vous pouvez obtenir ce que vous avez payé. Je le recommanderai aux autres.

Complete amenities. Good for long stays! MOA is walking distance if you loved walking. Owner is kind and nice!

The place was good and clean it was preferable for couples,families the only good thing in this place there have a store nearby we attend for events in Smx Convention Center we ride at taxi and grab in the morning when our events done we walk to go home it takes 10 minutes away but if there have traffic it takes 15 minutes away. The only thing i take pictures because the washing have dents but so far we enjoy. The only thing i will request hope next time they have iron and iron board🙂

I had a great experience staying here with my partner. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was accommodating, and the overall atmosphere made our short stay very enjoyable. The only minor downside compared to other hotels/airbnbs I’ve stayed in is that the comfort room here does not have an exhaust inside, which can be a bit noticeable. Other than that, everything was smooth and pleasant—I’d definitely recommend this place for a quick and cozy stay.

The room was perfect for me and my child — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I really liked the self-check-in, which made everything so convenient. The customer service was very attentive, and the amenities were complete. My favorite part was that it even had a washer, which made our stay extra convenient.

as a first time traveler travelling in Manila, we really love the accomodation we had at Gemstone Shore 2. The place is so clean and if we will travel again in Manila, this is by far still the condo staycation we will choose😊

It was a pleasant stay, rooms were nice and the city view at night is a quite relaxing sight to see. Gemstone staff are always reachable which is a plus. Will be back for sure.
