I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

Excellente expérience!!! Long story for us. First I have booked another villa for group of 5 ppls. However, when I arrived the villa already occuped by another guest. I need to find another hotel for 5 ppls immediately. Lewit m'a donné une chance de profiter de la chaleur et de la joie après le choc. Le pré-plané anniversaire de mariage de mes amis pourrait profiter d'un unique et mémorable à l'hôtel. Un million de remerciements pour l'aide du personnel et une belle piscine. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Seul le hiccup est que la description de la suite élite de CTrip dit King Bed ou 2 Beds Singles et j'ai voulu 2 Beds Singles mais à l'arrivée, on m'a dit que la chambre ne peut qu'accueillir un Bed King. Mais ils sont offerts pour nous une heure supplémentaire qui est assez bon pour notre séjour. Il est situé au-dessus d'une colline et il n'est pas possible de marcher à des attractions majeures - la seule chose à proximité ou à proximité de l'hôtel sont une petite plage et quelques restaurants, restaurants et restaurants. Les voyages par Grab ou taxis sont très confortables à Pattaya.

Nous avons été très positif surpris par cet hôtel beau! Les chambres sont énormes, l'installation moderne n'est pas nouvelle, mais très bien entretenue et répond à tous les souhaits. Les employés sont très aimables, certains parlent très bien l'anglais. Il y a assez de parkings, une belle piscine et la vue sur la mer des chambres est magnifique! Les prix sont très bon marché pour l'offre, la situation est bonne, dans l'environnement il ya la belle plage, cafés, restaurants et des possibilités d'achat. Ce serait sûrement 5 étoiles! Mais malheureusement, nous avons eu de gros problèmes avec les douches. Dans une salle de bains, il n'y avait que de l'eau froide, dans la seconde, après des périodes d'attente, l'eau chaude et froide a repris. Les essais de réparation pendant notre séjour n'ont pas réussi.

Мне понравилось решительно все. Море рядом, магазины рядом, мини рынок рядом. Очень удачное расположение! Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Из неприятного - муравьи. Но! Не оставляйте еду или мусор в доступе и их не будет. Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Отдельное им спасибо за всякую помощь оперативно оказанную по первой просьбе. Постельное, полотенца менялись каждый день. Уборка так же каждый день. Суперский матрас на кровати. В номере есть все необходимое.

Летал в Таиланд в отель Asia Pattaya 14.04.23г по 25.04.23г., выбрал немножно по лучше отель, он реально лучше , с территорией, со своим пляжем где вода чище чем везде в Паттайе, с бассейном, готовят вкусно, Интернет есть везде, НО....далеко от главной дороге/улицы и от фуд корта, пешком каждый день до фуд корта при парниковом эффекте, это УЖАСНО! ОЧЕНЬ ТЯЖЕЛО! Какраз все подорожало, и заплатили 176000 на 2их с коллегой, НЕ стоит того! Лучше бы взял отель по проще но где то на главной дороге , а так мучение....! В отеле уборка РЕДКАЯ, уборщики каждый день в коридоре, но не всегда убирали номера! В отеле НЕТ номеров с балконами, все номера БЕЗ балконов!!!! Попали на Тайский Новый Год, везде брызгали и поливали водой, нескончаемо...! Массаж и еда, ФРУКТЫ как обычно на ВЫСШЕМ уровне! ОТДОХНУЛИ ХОРОШО! В этот отель за такие деньги, я бы НЕ полетел еще раз, если только по дешевке, полечу в других отелях ближе к главной улице!

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.
