Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique, la nourriture du petit-déjeuner est assez bonne. Piscine fermée tôt à 20h, un peu déçue. La chambre est grande, très propre. Juste un problème avec l'hôtel situé sans magasin à proximité si vous avez faim le soir. Pas le choix, il faut appeler et commander depuis la cuisine de l'hôtel. très cher 🤣🤣

Perfect Host and Greystone have their own check in counter (both had rented units at the ground floor as their lobby)..It was a straightforward lobby, nothing special. For check in purpose, everything was all right. I got my keys to my unit within 10 minutes upon registration. Maybe it was on a Sunday, so it was not crowded, only me there checking in. Paid a deposit of RM100 and got my keys to my unit. Actually the building itself consist of shopping complex, retail units and also a hotel previously..so the room that were offered by Perfect Host and Greystone is actually a hotel room. I did not explore the building but it is not as lively as before when I visited before in 2017. There is a MyNews at the ground floor near to the lobby, so it was convenient to get some essentials if u need. There are also a pub, Victoria Station restaurant also..and some other food outlet but limited choices. The corridor of the hotel room need some housekeeping (can c that it was not cleaned for some time), but the room inside was fantastic clean and comfortable. So it was a surprise for me as outside the hotel corridor and inside the room there is a whole lot of difference. Trust me, the room is the same as the picture in Trip.com. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo smells good too. For room, I have no complaint.It exceed my initial expectation (after reading some reviews), but the outside corridor of the room really need some cleaning. Some of the negative review about this place is the parking. Yup, it is actually an issue but sometimes not everything is perfect, but I don't blame the host as they are only running an AIRBNB concept, so for me is acceptable as the rate im paying per night (RM63 Nett), is still ok for me. For parking wise, it really depends on when u r checking in..if is on a Sunday or Saturday, there would be ample parking within the ground floor. If is on a weekdays, then it might be full. But dont worry there is basement parking as well. The rate is calculated RM12 per entry per day for the parking at the ground floor (same level as the lobby) and this comes to RM24 for 2 days provided if you are not leaving the hotel. If it is at the basement, then it goes by the hour (you need to do your own calculation whether is most cost worthy to park, how many hours u r gonna park there). Other than that, for me at the rate I am paying and also quality of the room (minus the parking issue and cleaniness of the corridor), I would give this place the thumbs up. Good stay for me, but of course this is only my personal opinion as a reference.I would rate this place 4 out of 5 star.

Le lobby est si spacieux et luxueux, le processus d'enregistrement s'est très bien passé. La chambre est assez petite et un peu chère pour cette taille de chambre. Cependant, le buffet du petit-déjeuner au restaurant Cheks propose de nombreux menus (cuisine malaise, indienne, japonaise, station de nouilles, station d'œufs, station de salades et desserts), tout est si délicieux. Tout le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Cet hôtel dispose également de grandes piscines à débordement avec vue sur Kuala Lumpur et d'une salle pour enfants au bord de la piscine. Cet hôtel est très pratique pour utiliser mrt car ils ont un pont relié juste à côté du hall et vous pouvez également aller au centre commercial OU.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was soft and cosy. The toilet water pressure was tremendous, and the heater worked, too. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of food selections. There is no pool for kids, unfortunately. Only the adult pool is available. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

En général, il est de la valeur pour l'argent. Je recommande. Défauts: la chambre est proche de la route, si bien bruyant. Il faut payer une taxe touristique à la table frontale encore une fois, bien que trip.com peut rembourser.

Jusqu'à présent, depuis le premier jour où je suis entré dans l'Acappella Suites Hotel, je cherche à voir ou à voir des erreurs, des fautes ou même des échecs que je n'aime pas, mais moi et mes membres de la famille ont convenu que tout était plus que prévu, L'équipe de service de la table de front de Suseela à la maison de garde Riduan, Sharizan et Ain et les officiers de sécurité ont été polis, aidants et bien sûr amis en nous salutant à chaque fois toute la famille. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu et entretenu. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel Acappella Suites à tous et je reviendrai bien sûr à cet hôtel. J'ai été fréquent ou aimé rester à Concorde Hotel chaque fois que je suis à Shah Alam que je ressemblais à ce moment-là je vais changer à cet Acappella Suites Hotel.

Le type de bureau de front n la dame très utile, aidez-nous à garder notre bagage avant de vérifier en temps utile. Après vérification, ils nous laissent garder notre bagage n nous allons au soleil pyramide pour déjeuner, kudos pour eux! Certainement vous réserverez ici encore! Merci!

This is a new hotel and i love it! It can't get any better for this price range. I love the gym as it allows me to do a thorough workout. There is a beautiful pool but a bit small though. There is ba*****t parking. The room size is comfortable and the beds are comfortable. What's most amazing, this is the first hotel I've been to that has bolsters! There is a water cooler at the hallway where you can get cold and hot water. The location of the hotel is just around the Malay area and there are plenty of food stalls that you can sample from.

Meilleur hôtel pour séjourner dans PJ. Il est séjourné pour 1 nuit et la chambre est si spacieuse et propre. Le parking est disponible et gratuit une fois que vous avez validé au comptable. Dépôt RM100 soit par argent ou carte de crédit. J'ai une table de fer et de fer dans la pièce (plus importante) Il a aussi une chaudière électrique et un petit réfrigérateur ! La pression de l'eau à la toilette est super forte et a de l'eau chaude. Mes hôtels de première choix sont toujours à la place de PJ pour le travail.

La première vue est belle. Mais une partie du papier de la pièce est sortie, le tapis pour le baignoire est si souple que je peux tourner à gauche à droite. Plus le sincère N'a pas d'eau chaude. Jusqu'à présent, je n'étais pas encore en position avec ça. Mais alors, quand je me couchais sur le lit, j'ai remarqué seulement 2 piles, donc j'ai essayé de téléphoner au bureau frontal pour demander 1 pile plus car leur pile est trop douce pour moi, quand je prends le téléphone dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de trouver un établissement de qualité.
