Pas mal, abordable, avec un petit balcon. Mettez la porte de la chambre à la réception lorsque vous entrez et sortez. Il est loin du port E7 de la compagnie blue star. Un taxi est nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner commence à 6 heures à la réception. Un service de taxi peut être fourni. Les frais de service sont de 0,5 euro. Le compteur kilométrique indique le tarif de 4 euros et le billet de bagage est de 1 euro.

Hôtel très très sympathique. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche du port de plaisance du Pirée ou il est possible de se promener et de dîner/déjeuner dans un des nombreux restaurants longeant la mer. Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h00 et le réceptionniste présent a été très très sympa. Il nous a donné un plan pour nous diriger dans les alentours de l'hôtel. Le service de navette proposé pour rejoindre le Terminal B (d'où partait notre navire de croisière) a été très chaotique le lendemain matin, mais la réceptionniste nous a commandé un taxi aux frais de l'hôtel. J'ai trouvé cela fort agréable et très pro de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. La chambre était propre, bien agencée, très spacieuse. La literie est vraiment très très confortable, nous n'avons pas tenu longtemps avant de nous endormir. Le seul bémol, si je puis dire ainsi est le petit-déjeuner, il est très cher pour ce que l'on y trouve. C'est assez dommage. J'ai demandé une banane, et la personne m'a dit que c'était trop tard pour en avoir... Il était 8h45! Mais bon cela ne m'empêchera pas de retourner à cet hôtel.

Our first room had bad damage and a mold smell. When we brought it up, they offered us to change rooms. We checked out three other rooms and they were all worse than the first. Because of time constraints, we decided to just deal with the first room and ask for a discount/partial refund. Management refused to do anything (even though the rate on THEIR website was lower that week than what we found on booking). So my friend asked if there was a room without carpet at least, since we assume most mold issues were coming from there. They said they had one room. This room was only marginally better but had plumbing sticking out of the wall in the shower, they couldn’t be bothered to remove the armoire to finish laying the laminate floor so there’s random carpet squares there. The painted over wallpaper in the whole room and there’s water damage and mold on it. Baseboard and trim areas were not nailed down properly and disgusting. Room wasn’t swept the majority of the time we were there and I don’t know if that’s something you have to ask for or not, but I would assume it would be done since they change towels. After we complained to booking, the manager came up to us in the morning, interrupted a conversation we were having with another guest and said “you complained to booking, now we have to solve this, how much do you want back?” We told her we had to be on time for a meeting but we could discuss the partial refund when we returned. She agreed. Later that day, we get an email from Booking saying that the hotel was only willing to refund us the remainder of our stay if we checked out that night. Mind you, we didn’t receive that email until around 5:15pm and we didn’t get back to the hotel until 8pm. We had also already explained to the manager that we weren’t going anywhere else which is why we only wanted a partial refund, to try and be fair. So not only did the manager choose not to discuss it with us as we’d agreed, but also tried to kick us out. Booking wanted to give us a full refund but couldn't without the corroboration of the hotel, per their vendor contract. So I contacted my bank for a chargeback and will be submitting photo evidence. A shame we had to go through all of that though. I would definitely say save yourself the trouble of dealing with this hotel.

We only booked this hotel so that we could take the ferry boat to Sifnos very early the next morning. It was presented on the internet as 'stylish and class', but that is disappointing. It is located on one of the busiest streets in Pireaus, so you also get a lot of street noise at night. Result: poor night's sleep. The reception was friendly, but that was it. You can park as requested...at the back in a very dark street and when you can loosen the chain after a whole procedure. Not feeling safe. You then have to drag your luggage through bumpy streets to the entrance... Parking in front of the door is hardly possible due to crowds. The elevator to the 6th floor(!) was very tight and sweltering. And that was also the room for which you easily paid € 109. Small, musty and a lot of noise on the street side. In addition, the air conditioning was also noisy. we hardly slept. The evening meal took place in a room that resembled a kind of separation room of a crematorium. Creepy! Because we had to leave early in the morning, we could not have breakfast, but they said '...We will provide a breakfast box...' It contained 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 plum, 2 pre-packed rusks, 2 jams, and plastic cutlery. You had to take coffee separately. A disgrace. Together with dinner we paid € 145 for a 'horrible overnight stay'. There must certainly be nicer hotels in this very busy and preferably avoidable city. Take another ferry in Pireaus? I do not think so!

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le gentleman de la table devant était gentil et attentif. J'ai procédé à ma chambre qui était très propre et confortable, il héberge facilement au moins deux adultes et un enfant. Tous les toilettes inclus. Pour ma surprise, il y a même un petit balcon. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. Le bruit de la salle n'a guère été senti et il a plus à voir avec la façon dont les autres clients ouvriront/verrouillent leurs portes et combien ils la ferment.

The room is medium and has a large balcony but don't expect an extraordinary view, it's a view of the buildings in front but that's a detail compare to the comfort of the room. Bad points : 1- The woman care of the breakfast, very unfriendly and absolutely not welcoming she should surely move on to another job because her level of sympathy reaches 0% it's very bad for someone working with people. 2 - The breakfast is a bad point too don't expect something amazing it will be not. 3 - If you like the calm and tranquility it's not for you everyday and every night until 7 am it's nosy. 4 - Poor Internet connection if you work and need WiFi I advise you to have your own nomade WiFi. Good points : 1- Kind and helpful staff at the reception. 2- Cleanliness, always impeccable room made as soon as we ask the cleaning ladies do a very good job. (Thank you Sylvvana for your work you are the best) 3 - The location of the hotel near all amenities and especially the port. My opinion : The hotel is confy and cheap , ideal for staying a few days but not more than a week. For reasons like very loud noises outside during the night and lack of catering other than breakfast. The breakfast should be improved for the price of 8 euros I have never seen any hotel offer such a poor breakfast provided only in hostel not in hotel. I recommend for small budgets and. short stays.

Nice and neat hotel tucked away just behind the ferry port of Piraeus. It is very close, walkable to Ferry port E9 and E10. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and well organized. The staff are fantastic; welcoming, polite and helpful. The main reason for the 5 stars. Our room, like the hotel, was clean, tidy and enough space. The bed was firm which works for us. The bathroom is large enough for one person, the water pressure is great. I really enjoyed staying a the Filson hotel.

Je ne donne pas à cet hôtel un ”excellent” parce qu'il n'est pas un hôtel 5-star. Mais nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour là. Nous avons eu un long ferry à partir de Santorini, et avant de aller au centre-ville d'Athènes, nous venons juste de rester ici pour la nuit. Il est à trois quarts de la gare. Le service client est fantastique! Il y a un restaurant sur le site que nous avons utilisé - la nourriture était grande. Ce quartier d'Athènes n'est pas comme Plaka, mais il y a un sentiment de ”vérité” grecque ici. Il y a des cafés, comme deux sur trois par bloc, c'était fou. Mais à l'hôtel, je l'aimais et je resterais ici encore.
