The cab arrangement was not good. Due to poor management, the cab driver picked me up with 2 hours delay. In addition, due to that the the time became traffic jam time. I disappointed it. Except the cab management, other are good.

Good location. Near Pheonix mall. Feel less safe on the elevator, no card required to go up. Breakfast choices are limited.

The stay was fine, you can taste great food at the ground floor restaurant and just a stone throw from the nearest Phoenix mall and airport. Room rate is reasonable but Aircon is too cold at times.

Ibis Pune is one of the best business travellers hotels in Pune. You get almost 5 star experience at a very decent price. Super customer centric staff, super comfort, super safe.

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

初めてのプネー出張で利用しました。空港やショッピングモールからも近く、とても利便性の良さを感じました。部屋は1人で宿泊するには十分の広さで清潔感もありました。スリッパがないのは残念に感じました。朝食はもう少し欧米的なものを期待していましたが、殆どがインド料理だったところが、選択肢の少なさから残念に感じました。でも便利で清潔でしたので、次回のプネー出張時もまた利用したいと思います。

The hotel facilities are not at all maintained. I checked in to find the waste bin not cleared from the previous occupant. The bed-sheet was stained and the pillow had blood stains and filthy sweat stains which were visible through the pillow cover. Had to call the guest services to come and change the pillow at night. Next day in the morning I found that the bath towel was also stained and when informed, there was effort to correct it. Though the staff is courteous and tried to assist when I brought up the issues, it felt like they really didn’t have much choice when it came to resolving the problems. Maintenance of the room in general is also quite bad. There was dust in the air, fixtures need attention and there was an open vent in the shower area. Plus no water in the night and no one informed during check in. When asked, the housekeeping staff said the water is shut off between 11pm to 5am and there was a card in the room informing the same. I never saw the card! I appreciate sustainability but information is key! However the team member offered to get me a bucket of water if need be. Food at the restaurant is average. A check on salt and spices is recommended for the team there. Cleanliness in the restaurant is questionable; sticky tables, buffet upkeep was below average. What the guest sees should really matter and so would like to highlight another thing I witnessed. A team member was cleaning the main entrance area and he had no mop, no cleaning solution etc. Instead he dipped his duster cloth in the fountain at the main porch, squeezed it and used it for cleaning. The management definitely needs to look into what’s tools are they providing their team with, to carry out their daily work. I booked the hotel considering ease of commute to my child’s institute but wouldn’t really recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the property is right on the main road in Viman Nagar, quite well placed. The stay was comfortable, found the staff behaviour and service to be professional. A frills-free business hotel with all the amenities. The room was a standard one with all basic amenities, functional, however lacked a bit of thoughtfulness. The work desk did not have any available plug point for the laptop, had to either unplug the kettle or the table lamp. A separate shelf to park the suitcase would have been helpful. One of the bedside lamps did not work. The wall-mounted control unit for the centralized AC only had the on-off button working and had nothing on the LCD display. The bathroom unit was a moulded fibre unit and too constricted......it felt like one of those restroom and shower cubicle units at a beach.....it was clean though and quite functional. The biggest irritant was the in-room service.....the order could be placed through an app only and I had to pay as soon as the order was delivered.....no option to sign the cheque and get it added to the final checkout invoice (you'd expect this at any decent hotel). I had ordered a few beer pints but they would not leave the bottle opener....so every time I had to open a bottle I had to call the service desk and ask for someone to come over to open the bottle and that would take any time between 5 and 15 min (multiple calls to the desk at times)....you could do way better on that front....a bottle opener hardly costs 20-30 INR, you could just add the cost in your bill, I'd happily pay for it..... Overall, I think I'd choose some other property the next time.

Good joob. The room service (thanks mufees) was great and was helpful during the entire stay, provided me with all amenities and I always find my room clean.

The experience was very good and the hotel staff is very helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and whenever I came back it was always fresh. Dnyaneshwar was one of the staff for room cleaning. He did a great job. Allover a great experience and very happy with the stay.
