Quelqu'un a également économisé de l'argent sur des serviettes de bain à moitié large. ENAIRES le personnel est brillant et nous a aidé beaucoup avec des bagages retardés. Booking was made literally 15 minutes before checking, Staff was a bit surprised but reacted well. F&B staff were outstanding, taking special attention to my ”polite” daughters compare to other kids that parents let go wild in a 5 stars hotel. Really appreciate Mrs. Oanh (captain there) for her support and dedication tor her role in the restaurant. FO staff were literally going out of their way to support us. Room was always cleaned with outstanding view and balcony. If I wanted to look for a flaw in the hotel it would be the lack of Concierge service, but has i said the FO staff was very supportive to coop with this flaw. I had the chance to meet the GM Mr. Dat Da who was extremely hospitable, going beyond his job but impersonated the word Hospitality. Ideally located near the beach. and close the the city center. To whoever read this i can only and strongly recommend the FLC City hotel with it's team

This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. My e-mails where unanswered.
