Mention particulière pour l’accueil à la réception, le service au restaurant avec un personnel attentionné et efficace, le ménage de la chambre, le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite: proximité de la plage ( 2 transats et un parasol pour 5 euros la journée), du vieux Rethymnon ( 15/20 mn à pieds) Les appareils de la salle de fitness sont en mauvais état ( sauf les poids, kettelbels..)mais il y a de quoi faire . Un conseil prendre une chambre avec jacuzzi car la piscine n’est pas très grande et les transats sont les uns sur les autres. Par contre il est appréciable de ne pas avoir les transats réservés par des personnes qui ne viennent pas de la journée! Le staff y veille. Un très bon séjour avec une équipe attentive et réactive.

En arrivant à l’hôtel l’accueil a été très mauvais on nous a mal accueilli personne pour nous indiquer la réception on était dehors avec nos valises Ensuite aucun effort de langue nous a été fait on leur demande si il parle le français il nous répondent en nous demandant si on parlait le grecque ensuite pour la chambre avec vue sur la piscine en rdc pas terrible car tous le monde passe devant nous Pour un 5 étoile vraiment décevant je pense que les propriétaires se sont attribué les étoiles eux même

Tout était plus que parfait. Nous avons eu un petit surclassement de chambre, un geste sympa. L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres (appartement) sont grand, très propre et très bien équipés. Au 4ème étage aucun souci avec la route en contrebas. Idem avec la piscine qui est top. Bar à disposition la journée. Soirée barbecue chaque mercredi soir c’est très cool. TOUT le personnel est hyper gentil et compétent. Le SPA est parfait, Mariana est hyper attentionné et super pro. Super séjour au Macaris 👍👍

Les chambres standards sont très étroites que je ne réserverais plus. Nous avons demandé une chambre plus grande et nous avons reçu aussi sans problème. Tous les personnels sont super amical et utile. Même si vous voulez parker dans la rue. Attention sinon, il est payé de partager sur un terrain plus loin. Old town est à 2 min. La marche à la plage est 8-10 min. suffisamment de bars et de repas dans la rue. Location et personnel sont vraiment un 10. Ne pas nager être parce qu'il était trop froid mais la piscine est plus petite que cela semble apparaître dans les photos. Hôtel est très bien équipé pour voir qu'il a été rénové.
