IInvitéThe hotel is overpriced in comparison to other riads in the same location. It is nice but nothing special. As others, it’s located in a narrow side street where you will not find it easily at first. I recommend to take a hotel taxi because otherwise you will have to rely on local people who will take more money for showing the way than you pay to get there from the AirPort. The room is ok but i had a nicer one nearby for half the price. We had a flight at 11am and they said they will not offer breakfast before it starts at 8.30 - very late for a hotel so we just had a juice and cake, again overpriced when you think breakfast was supposed to be included. The hotel was clean but on the floor i could feel dust or sand. The service was average. In general i wouldnt stay in the same riad again for sure.

IInvitéStaying at Riad Dada Messouda & Spa was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel incredibly welcome almost like being part of a family. Everyone was so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. One staff member, in particular, felt like a friend from home so caring and attentive.
Even when we had to leave early at 7:00 AM for a tour, they kindly prepared breakfast just for us. I also asked for help a few times, like cutting a honeydew melon, and they always went the extra mile with a smile. You can really feel that they put heart into everything they do.
The riad itself is stunning full of Moroccan charm and beautiful traditional design. The room and all the common areas were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and comfortable.
I chose this place because I wanted to experience something truly local and authentic, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a hotel it feels like home.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!!!

However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly.
Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”.
Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night.
Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

IInvitéThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.

AAnjLamCorpuzLocation: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area.
Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house)
Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly.
They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock.
They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price.

Le personnel est tellement gentil et accueillant avec une mention particulière pour Hassan qui nous a accueilli avec son sourire et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour.

LLourdFrom the moment I arrived at this riad, I knew I was in for something special. The service was absolutely top-notch – the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. Whether it was offering local recommendations, or simply providing a warm welcome.
The riad itself was a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. Impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The attention to detail in the rooms was amazing, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. The bed was incredibly comfortable and shared areas were absolutely aesthetic..
The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious and fresh. It was the perfect way to start the day.
Shout out to Hakim the manager who provide exceptional service.

Ma fille et moi avons adoré cet endroit, le personnel était serviable et sympathique, la piscine était magnifique et étonnamment chaleureuse et la décoration traditionnelle était époustouflante. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Casablanca qui était magnifique, en particulier la baignoire en cuivre (le seul petit inconvénient était que le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas là-haut)
C'était à environ vingt minutes à pied, dans un labyrinthe de ruelles, de la place principale, mais cela ne nous empêcherait pas de revenir ici - car tout le reste était parfait !

AAlbertoDespite it being difficult to find for Marrakech newcomers (we needed some help from very welcoming and helpful local kids), the Riad Is a wonderful go-back to the past glory of Medina.
A great smile welcomed us with the warmth of a lovely family member and after we settled in the room, we were served with local tea and pastries.
We felt immediately at home.
It's in the center of Medina, but the view from the terrace has a park.
Freshly made breakfast was served in the morning together with delicious coffee and abounding tea.
We know it already is going to be out choice for the next time.
Living Marrakech the Morocco's way is much more than simply visiting Medina.
It's all about where you spend the night!

FFarahNous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner au Riad Jibril lors de notre visite à Marrakech, et quelle délicieuse expérience ce fut !
Notre hôte, Iheb, mérite véritablement le titre de légende. Dès l'instant où nous sommes arrivés jusqu'à notre départ, il a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Même s’il ne s’agit peut-être pas d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, il offre une expérience marocaine unique et authentique qui a dépassé nos attentes.
Le riad lui-même, avec son architecture traditionnelle, était propre et accueillant. Le point culminant était sans aucun doute la terrasse sereine, une oasis de paix loin de l'agitation de la médina. Un soir, nous nous sommes offert une chicha en terrasse, une expérience délicieuse qui ne nous a coûté qu'environ 70 MAD. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de dîner en terrasse, où nous avons dégusté de délicieux tajines au prix très raisonnable de 60 MAD pièce. Les compétences culinaires du chef étaient vraiment impressionnantes. Le petit déjeuner servi chaque matin était traditionnel et simple aussi !
Ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment spécial, c'est l'atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante créée par Iheb et le personnel. Nous sommes arrivés en tant qu'invités mais sommes repartis en amis. Nous nous sommes même liés d'amitié avec les deux adorables chatons résidents, Sofia, la chatte tigrée aux poils longs, et Leena, la chaton roux. Leur présence a ajouté une touche de charme supplémentaire à notre séjour.
L'emplacement du Riad Jibril était parfait et le chameau devant le bureau de change constituait un excellent point de repère. Le riad se trouvait dans la ruelle opposée, deuxième porte, ce qui le rendait facile à trouver. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa proximité avec la Kasbah, près du café Zeitun, l’un de nos endroits préférés à visiter le soir. La terrasse du café, éclairée par des lanternes, offrait des vues majestueuses qui rendaient nos soirées encore plus mémorables.
